I believe Pennsylvania is also a big target. I believe it was on a Jessica Denson video where good evidence was demonstrated. Also Trump has made comments about Musk's "talent with voting machines" and that he "didn't need Musk to win in Pennsylvania". And wasn't it Pennsylvania where Musk attempted the lottery to encourage voting? That makes me wonder if it was bribery that caused the signed petitions for a hand count of paper ballots to be ignored.

We went OFF on Pennsylvania in this Substack. They’ve rejected a request for a hand-count audit of the ballots, despite their astronomically manipulated election data.

I'm very much on your side - and I spent 20+ years advocating for the same reforms, the restoration of public, observable vote counting, and presenting forensic analyses of persistent, unidirectional anomalies. As co-founder and executive director of Election Defense Alliance (EDA; 2006-16) and author of "CODE RED: Computerized Elections and the War on American Democracy" (https://www.amazon.com/CODE-RED-Computerized-Elections-Democracy/dp/B087H83JCR/ref).

Thank you for your work (and I know all too well how thankless it can feel). You've helped inspire me to resume my own, after a well-earned burnout break.

My one piece of advice, from experience: Avoid terms like "astronomically" -- they add very little of substance and they lose you a key segment of your potential audience. Much of the data and the patterns it forms speak for themselves -- avoid meaningless hyperbole and let the data and analyses do the persuading.

Thank you for that input. For appeal purposes, content and tone have been a push-pull between the younger, drama-leaning members of the team and the older Gen Xers who just want the facts.

Needless to say, a lot ended up on the cutting room floor.

Interesting—any chance they fear looking like the Trump insistence that he won in 2020? It seems from the beginning that one unlikely win in one battleground state should have had a recount — maybe PA. If that count showed discrepancies, then on to the others. We really need to know if the tech end was fiddled with.

That's gotta be part of their hesitance, which is silly when you have actual data to support the claim, right. All eyes on the Rockland County, NY lawsuit. Fingers crossed that Smart Elections wins. It could be the first domino and would 'allow' Dem leaders to stick their heads out of their shells to at least mention the subject... finally.

Someone needs to write just about this!! When msnbc did it, people weren't ready to hear it!! NOW it all makes more sense! You can see P. 2025 in everything "they" do!! The project tells "THEM" how to take apart our Government one piece at a time!! It's been going on for years behind the scenes! How do you think they got so many of "THEIR" people in the chambers? runt has had years to position "HIS" people. I saw way too many ballets, with only Rs. running unopposed! 'HE" told us he was putting "HIS" people everywhere!! WE cannot wait for runt to cancel out the Midterms in some way!! I bet runts first 2025 "Job" was to corrupt the Supreme court!!!

Right, tons of evidence proved Kamala Won. Top Political statisticians, have the facts, Kamala won, she had approximately three and a half million more votes than Trump. If you can recall the huge crowds she had over 70,000, people at one of her last events, with people waiting to get in, seven blocks long. And - Trump? He wasn’t able to fill a high school gym.

I’ve always assumed that after Trump’s infamous immature refusal to accept the results of the 2020 election, and his January 6th shenanigans, she didn’t want to be seen as doing the same thing. She chose the high road.

Expand full comment
Sharon Ray-Cassedy's avatar

There cannot be any more high roads. Because that’s why we are where we are today. We let the shenanigans pulled by the other side and all of the lawlessness come to be because we supposedly took the HIGH road. What the hell is the high road? The high road is bending over and letting them ride all over us. And that’s what they’ve done. They fear nothing of the other side, so they continue and they will continue until we have nothing left. The only people that will be in power are those with wealth and those using authoritarian type styles to govern. At some point the American people are gonna have to rise up and say we are not going to tolerate this. But each day we passively let something happen. And all of those some things add up.😞

Expand full comment
This Will Hold's avatar

Greg Palast is covered in The Common Coalition report—the issue is that he focuses on what’s considered “legal” election rigging. Since the Shelby County decision, states have been free to rewrite election laws with little to no federal oversight.

Just look at Nancy Mace’s case that went to the Supreme Court—they essentially ruled that skin color doesn’t qualify as racial profiling. **She would have lost that race—most Americans know this is the dirtiest Supreme Court bench this country has ever seen.

So while Palast’s work is deeply important—and arguably among the most noble—it often gets dismissed. Why? Because there’s very little recourse within the current legal framework to do anything about it.

Because Republicans.

I live near philadelphia pa. I don't have money, but I can donate time. This is very important to me.

I realize that we got a Republican AG elected in the 24 election. This was an upset, since the AG has been a democrat since 2008. Was his election also rigged?

We also had a popular democratic senator Bob Casey (3 terms) replaced by a republican in a very close race (0.22%). Maybe this election was also fixed.

I have confidence in our Democratic governor, Josh Shapiro. I might be able to reach him.

Expand full comment
This Will Hold's avatar

The data on Casey is also problematic.

Since we’ve never been here before as a country, our thought is this: once she’s seated, they’ll reset to January 19th as this is an illegitimate administration, bring back everyone who was illegally deported, shut down the concentration camp in Florida, and audit every single Congressional and state-level race.

It’s not just about fundraising—everyone has a part and they’re all important! Just spread the word—we have to row this boat at the speed of togetherness.
