She Won, Part VI: How We Get Her In There

Next steps to remove this illegitimate administration—and why Trump is now demanding access to election equipment and voter rolls.

For this plan to work, the American people need to know what really happened on November 4th—then demand that Congress take action.

Why are legislators even discussing the suffering inflicted by Trump’s unlawful regime—when they refuse to address the one thing that could stop ALL of it?

Whether it’s “Alligator Alcatraz,” the deportation of immigrants to third countries, or the gutting of Medicaid—Congress has the ability to stop this fascist takeover. These conversations are nothing more than performative.

Our legislators must acknowledge the stolen election.

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment was written for this moment—a stolen election is a rebellion against the Constitution.

But those words hold no power until the Democratic Party finds its spine and joins the call for accountability.

Time Is Of The Essence

In June, Elon Musk exposed the 2024 election hack on Twitter—and Trump responded by threatening to deport him. Trump used Musk’s technology and funding, made him the world’s most hated villain, launched his own crypto—and then discarded him when he was no longer useful.

Now that Musk won’t be in Trump’s pocket to “help” hijack the 2026 midterms, he’s already laying the groundwork for the next takeover—creating a distraction with the Epstein fallout while strong-arming nine states into granting access to election equipment and voter rolls.

“The Trump administration and its allies have launched a multipronged effort to gather data on voters and inspect voting equipment, sparking concern among local and state election officials about federal interference ahead of the 2026 midterms.”

This is a repeat of 2020: under the guise of “inspections,” Trump’s lackeys will breach the systems to set up the next stolen election.

Only this time, they’ll likely fabricate evidence to frame Democrats as the ones interfering—to get ahead of the truth our movement is exposing.

We have a short window to beat Trump to the bullhorn.
What are we waiting for?

Next Steps

Push for legal access to paper ballots, as required for audits—so far we have identified Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota as strategic targets:

• Democratic leadership

• Substantial evidence of manipulation in the data

• Manageable voting populations for timely audits

Why? In a move that should surprise no one, Pennsylvania denied a hand-count audit—despite significant anomalies in the 2024 data.

Supposedly, an overwhelming number of Election Day voters were so unimpressed with Vice President Harris’s policies that they voted blue down-ballot, then flipped to Trump at the top of the ticket. Meanwhile, mail-in voters liked her policies just fine.

Sure thing, Al Schmidt—nothing to see here. Makes perfect sense. Got it.

Bottom line:
This case requires a lawsuit to access the ballots, which means more time, more money, and more delays.

Meanwhile, in Rockland County, NY, the Board of Elections is still actively fighting to have the case thrown out entirely.

Media Matters

The chart below highlights independent media and influencers not tethered to corporate gatekeepers—who could be using their platforms to inform Americans about what really happened on November 4th.

They could be circulating the data.
They could be urging legislative pressure.
Instead, many are rage-baiting the public over Trump’s latest headlines—when they could be focused on the one conversation that could stop all of this.

Hit their socials. DM them. Tag them. Email them. Whatever it takes.

To date, very few platforms are covering the 2024 election data. Jessica Denson, Lights On has been a strong voice in this space—she is an organizer of the DC rallies and could use more support.
Of course, The Common Coalition has been on the front line from the start—and Roland Martin, Cliff Cash, Christopher Titus, and Mark Thompson have also stepped up.

That’s about it.

As for network programming—The Daily Show? Maddow? Kimmel? Colbert? We’re at a loss. Either they’re unaware, or unwilling to take the risk.

If they’re aware, is the tether to a corporate network really worth the suffering this unelected, fascist regime is inflicting—here and around the world?

Do they truly believe they couldn’t succeed on their own—especially after becoming heroes for sounding the alarm?

Prepare for the Midterms… On What Voting Equipment?

The same machines that ran a blatant vote-flipping algorithm in the swing states and Texas in 2024? Trump is already claiming a sweep in 2026. Binomial math is hard—this math is not.

Every single Democratic Party seat in the House is on the line in 2026—Rep Aguilar and Rep Lieu, it’s time to have this conversation. In the Senate, the following have announced their reelection campaigns:

• Delaware – Chris Coons

• Georgia – Jon Ossoff

• Massachusetts – Ed Markey

• New Jersey – Cory Booker

• New Mexico – Ben Ray Luján

• Rhode Island – Jack Reed

• Virginia – Mark Warner

• Oregon – Jeff Merkley

They need to get LOUD about the voting equipment and election security—because preparing for 2026 without addressing what happened in 2024 is not just short-sighted.
It’s complicit.

As an aside, we’ve spoken with legislators off the record. Many are watching the Rockland County case closely, holding their breath, waiting to be “allowed” to speak.
Allowed by whom?
Do they need permission to stop fascism?
