I appreciate and commend the work that you, ETA, Smart Elections and others are doing here. I am beyond convinced that the results were manipulated, and agree that we need to pressure Secretaries of State, Governors, and Democratic AG's to take these findings seriously and investigate/allow audits to verify the results. That said, it is maddening that the Harris campaign conceded so quickly and just disappeared. Infuriating. With so many red flags, there was no excuse for the failure to seek audits where appropriate. Especially given the fact that the destruction of our democracy (and our nation) was imminent and obvious at that point. This is important work. Thank you for your diligence.
I didn't believe he won the night of the election and I fully believe in your findings now. When he said "I don't need the votes" while most candidates would be encouraging people to get out and vote before the polls closed. It was a frustrating win for sure when I saw Kamala winning in many of the swing states and then it suddenly flipped red. There are roughly 89 million registered women voters in the US. That's a large voting bloc. After the insurrection on Jan 6th many male voters in favor of Trump turned away from him in this second campaign. There are many things that tell me you are on the right path. The question is, besides bringing it to our Democratic reps and Senators, how can we guarantee that our voting machines are even safe for mid-terms?

I read that in several places just before and after the election.There were places that were reported to have thrown out ALREADY COUNTED VOTES.Chances are very good that late mail in votes were trashed/shredded too.

The percentage of people who did not vote in this election was not significantly different from the number in prior elections. The number of people who don't vote is always larger then seems reasonable. That's not a new thing.
I agree that the presidential vote was manipulated. What I can’t figure out is why the congressional vote still favored the republicans. The presidential and congressional votes usually align.
Sometimes they align, but often voters will elect either very slightly aligned, or slightly opposed congresses to a new president.

But I am top shelf frustrated with the lack of visible coordination amongst influential liberals. The chronically reactive dem congress seems dangerously week in PR, messaging, framing a tangible plan that resonates with all constituents, not just the choir. Is it so decentralized? Not just the choir. I’m Canadian so I apologize if my finger is off the pulse. Am I hopelessly naive? The GOP has had a face, for better or worse, for 10 years. Who or what is the face of the Democratic Party? I worry they’ll win congress back by default not by design. Pointing out the lawlessness of the Oval Office is not a strategy.
A lot of people think this way, but it points to "us" against "them", as if there are only two options. That is the problem.
We are a nation of millions of individuals, who should have representation to govern, but it devolves into choosing the lesser of two evils and not being represented at all. (the number of House seats was capped, so we are less represented than ever)
I happen to agree and voted for her, but my comment was in reference to the general case where we are stuck with a two party system, and our congresspeople simply follow the party line, leaving the citizen's viewpoint unrepresented.

Multiple sources exposed that Trump's associates had lawyers stationed across the country, ready to flood the courts with lawsuits designed to delay any election challenges beyond certification deadlines.

Let us also not forget the bomb threats at democratic-leaning voting locations. The thinking is that the bomb-threats created a break in chain of custody of ballots and hence could create plausible deniability for any irregularities in the election. It would have made it very time consuming and difficult to prove intentional manipulation or that irregularities weren't just due to accidental loss of records and would have slowed everything down through the courts. It would have also provided a basis to sue to get the ballots thrown out from their side if somehow the other strategies weren't enough. Given they knew it would happen, they could pre-prepare their legal strategies and briefs for which ever side they wanted to argue. A heads I win, tails you lose strategy.

I think Kamala did try as much as she could in PA. Her campaign remained on the ground there well after the election. Her post-election day campaign emails alluded to wanting to make sure they had done everything they could there. When they were still asking for campaign contributions many balked at why contributions were still needed when the campaign was over. We were hoping for a recount in the Senate Casey/Macormack (sp?) race, which took quite a while to be decided. I held out hope in those days that a recount might uncover something like this. I gave a donation to help Harris with a recount and truthful election results through Blue Act and nothing ever became of it but I was frustrated they added $3.95 to my donation to themselves and then it all went away like a cloud of smoke, never heard anything more about it until just recently. 🇨🇦 Canadian here my feeling is exactly why why why did Kamala not demand recounts and a forensic audit? I’m guess she was too emotional at the time and just trusted the system, but she had a month at least.
Because Trump's votes exceeded the recount threshold, so no automatic recount was available. Requesting a recount follows procedures that differ in every state, some of them (like the swing state Pennsylvania) requiring the request to be made in each district, and within 5 days of the election. A few states don't allow recounts if the vote difference is above the threshold. In many states whoever requests the recount has to pay the entire cost of it. The allowed basis for a recount, other than the vote difference being less than the threshold, varies state to state. There was no proof of fraud within 5 days of the election. There isn't proof of fraud now, although there is a statistical case being made that seems compelling, but this didn't come out within a few days of the election.

I absolutely believe trump did not win. Harris had ALL the momentum, the endorsements, the joy. He had dwindling rallies and nothing but hate. This article could have been written using the posts I’ve been putting out since the election. How did Trump win all the Swing States by a larger margin than the rest of the country? The States that should have had the closest races went bigger to Trump than the national vote. Make it make sense.

I’d like to see a coalition between a group of currently seated federal officials (Bernie, AOC, Raskin, Chris Murphy, Chris VanHollen, Elizabeth Warren, Duckworth, Slotkin, Stansbury, Jasmine Crockett, etc) along with some not in office now but savvy about how get things done in government (Buttigieg, Kinzinger, Liz Cheney, etc) plus the new fresh ideas from Gen Z (David Hogg, Matthew Kenyatta, Matthew Frost, Anderson Clayton from NC, James Talarico from TX, etc) and some members of the media/legal advisors committed to speaking truth to power (Rachel Maddow, Katie Phang, Joyce Vance, Kate Shaw, Joy Reid, Alex Wagner, Lawrence O’Donnell, Jim Acosta) - to 1) push questions about the veracity of the election to their logical conclusion - it was stolen or it wasn’t - and act accordingly; 2) keep up a drumbeat of powerful messaging about as much of the terrible things happening everyday under this cabal as possible, and 3) keep Americans engaged by coordination with 50501, Indivisible, etc., to foster >3.5% sustained engagement to stop the freight train that is headed right at us and gaining momentum every minute that the cabal is in place.

Some of you are going to despise me for this but I really DO know how to reach out to MAGA: treat them as you want to be treated. No hate, no fear, no discrimination, no disrespect. They want jobs, education, understanding, healthcare, their kids to have more than than the abject poverty they have lived and are living; they want a Savior and when Trump presented himself as that Savior, they bought in. The ability to build their own deck without having to pass a state test and paying a fee for licensure to rebuild the same deck they built 20 years ago; the capability to hunt for food without taking a one day course in shooting when they have hunted for food since they were 12 years old. Their problem is too much government and Trump promised them relief from that. Musk chain sawed the only help they had and now they have none. This is the perfect time to reach out them. If we can reach out to MAGA, if we can be that helpful with truthful information and integrity without blame and shame. It's been my experience that my own congressional representatives rarely acknowledge my emails. If they respond at all, it's always a form email that often doesn't directly relate to my original correspondence. In fact I saw or heard somewhere that they mostly keep a running count of pro and con phone calls and ignore emails. Additionally I doubt contacting any representative or senator other than your own is a waste of time. It's pretty apparent that their primary interest, even among the good ones, is getting re-elected. Sorry to be such a downer.
On the other hand, if we knew the 88 specific counties in question, I think residents in those counties putting pressure on their registrars and county officials through personal contact and the relevant secretaries of state to just audit a suspect precinct or two to test the hypotheses would be a great start. I mean, these audits could easily be done quietly with just a couple of people including an IT and OT engineer to inspect the equipment and someone to manually count a couple of hundred or thousand ballots and write and publish a short report. If the audits confirmed the hypotheses it would provide enormous incentive to widen the investigations.
After all, elections are administered by the states and counties, not by Congress. What do you think?
My red red members of Congress always acknowledge my emails and calls. Two of them respond themselves and the other sends her monthly report. Don’t censure emails to Congress—censorship is an authoritarian act and we are the only ones who can stop it. I email three or more times a day and call a few times daily and I will not relent nor will I concede to being ignored. All of US need to swamp this swamp with thousands upon thousands of emails, petitions, calls, and actions. Let me put it this way: if we don’t, who will? Gather your grit and your guts and just do it!

As much as I admire, respect, and appreciate Marc Elias, it burns me up to hear him say (as he has on several occasions) that 2024 was "a free and fair election." Beyond the issues discussed on this Substack, the voter suppression efforts deployed by the right wing over the past several years were clearly effective at reducing voter turnout and/or disqualifying eligible ballots cast.
It is neither "conspiratorial" nor anti-democratic to (legally) demand transparency and verification of the results of an election. Particularly one as consequential as this.

I have to disagree on your comment about Midas Touch. They are ruthless to trump and fascist regime. I have never heard them cosign any BS. I am leary about someone finding issue with several of the pro-democracy independent media, mainly MT Network. They regularly beat out Fox News, Rogan and are the top rated media. 5 million subscribers is a lot of people watching. They get harassed regularly by the maga idiots, death threats, and more. It will take a coordinated approach and a clear strategy to take out this corrupt cabal 'root and branch'. America and Americans have to organise a cohesive approach involving a broad spectrum of American life. NYS Dems who control both houses and the governor’s mansion were not allowed to vote on VIVA NY, Senator Cleare’s and Assembly Member Brian Cunningham’s bill to ban voting machines that count votes with bar codes voters can’t verify - previously passed by the NYS senate. Passing it would have saved a fortune for counties, which are being grossly overcharged for these machines that produce and count unverifiable “ballot summary cards” that don’t meet NY’s own legal criteria for ballots - which are supposed to list all candidates in a races (which only appear briefly on a touchscreen amd disappear as soon as voters “mark” their choices and “cast” their “ballots.”
Well I finally got off my ass and did something about this. I downloaded and read The Common Coalition Report, signed the petition requesting ballot audits at Change.org, and donated to Election Truth Alliance and Change.org. In the process I discovered a bunch of new (to me) Substackers and subscribed. It's 4am here and now I feel I may never sleep again, but thank This Will Hold.
I hope others, especially those who live in swing states and the suspect 88 counties will also act. Living in a very blue area outside the suspected states and counties, I doubt my protestations carry much weight, but if you live in a swing state or county that appears to have been suspiciously flipped, please contact your officials.

Recounting is not a big deal and is easy to launch.

Among other issues raised, I voiced my concerns about the 2024 US election. The implications of these potential manipulations, the complex technology involved and the companies capable of doing it has CATASTROPHIC IMPLICATIONS for the national security of the UK and many other countries.
I asked him to at least look at the evidence gathered by ETA as he was unaware of the organisation and the problems revealed by their analysis.
The more UK constituents who attend surgeries and raise this with their MPs the more likely for some traction in the media. Authoritarianism may be just around the corner for us. Just a week ago, when talking to my 25 year old niece who's from Pennsylvania but attending grad school down here in Florida, she registered early for her mail ballot from PA for the 2024 election. She then told me that she didn't receive her ballot in her mailbox until the day AFTER election day.
I wish I would've known it way earlier so that maybe, I could've had her get the ballot and outside envelope to somebody who could determine if there was a way to track its journey. More importantly, find out when it was sent and if it was "held up" somewhere in the postal chain of custody.
I now wish there was somebody tracking how many others suffered this injustice as well. When you add in the possibility that 10's or 100's of thousands of other swing state voters might've never received their mail-in ballots by election day too, on top of all of the manipulation in vote tallies that appear to have occurred, they could've stolen this election by far larger margins than we even currently believe they did.
What pisses me off to no end is that Harris, Biden, and the Dems did NOTHING to even begin to investigate seemingly ANYTHING at all. That truly is unbelievable...

According to Election Truth Alliance, the data to audit the paper ballots is only available for 22 months post election. Our best bet is the legal course Smart Elections is taking in Rockland County NY will show ballot manipulation and fuel the effort in auditing Pennsylvania. By then we will firmly be in the 2026 midterms election cycle. If this hasn't been resolved by midterms, we need to determine which midterms would most likely be manipulated by the new Tech brothers and encourage no candidate concede their elections without a hand recount of the ballots. If outside the required margin for recount, we all have to be prepared to ante up dollars to pay for recounts. Skeptics are going to skeptic. Our goal is to secure on audit and snowball from there. It is no longer about the 2024 election, it is about all future elections.

I didn't believe he won the night of the election and I fully believe in your findings now. When he said "I don't need the votes" while most candidates would be encouraging people to get out and vote before the polls closed. It was a frustrating win for sure when I saw Kamala winning in many of the swing states and then it suddenly flipped red. There are roughly 89 million registered women voters in the US. That's a large voting bloc. After the insurrection on Jan 6th many male voters in favor of Trump turned away from him in this second campaign. There are many things that tell me you are on the right path. The question is, besides bringing it to our Democratic reps and Senators, how can we guarantee that our voting machines are even safe for mid-terms?

The percentage of people who did not vote in this election was not significantly different from the number in prior elections. The number of people who don't vote is always larger then seems reasonable. That's not a new thing.
I agree that the presidential vote was manipulated. What I can’t figure out is why the congressional vote still favored the republicans. The presidential and congressional votes usually align.
Sometimes they align, but often voters will elect either very slightly aligned, or slightly opposed congresses to a new president.
If voters intended to elect Harris, it’s not a stretch to imagine them electing a Republican Congress to balance her out. That makes a lot more sense then thinking they just decided to go full crazy with Trump.

But I am top shelf frustrated with the lack of visible coordination amongst influential liberals. The chronically reactive dem congress seems dangerously week in PR, messaging, framing a tangible plan that resonates with all constituents, not just the choir. Is it so decentralized? Not just the choir. I’m Canadian so I apologize if my finger is off the pulse. Am I hopelessly naive? The GOP has had a face, for better or worse, for 10 years. Who or what is the face of the Democratic Party? I worry they’ll win congress back by default not by design. Pointing out the lawlessness of the Oval Office is not a strategy.

The strategy was simple: run out the clock and land the matter before a compromised SCOTUS-the country has already seen a partisan SCOTUS bench hand the presidency to the wrong candidate in the past. VP Harris couldn't risk this outcome.
There's also the issue of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment-and why it wasn't used to bar Trump from taking office. Remember: MAGA has been lied to and gaslit by Trump and Fox News for four years.
Many of his followers still believe he won the 2020 election. Had Congress invoked Section 3, we didn't-and still don't-have enough Secret Service agents to protect Congress and their families from the violence that would have erupted.

The Harris team understood they had to let his base come to that realization on their own-and, for the most part, they have. Leaving MAGA is trending. Let us also not forget the bomb threats at democratic-leaning voting locations. The thinking is that the bomb-threats created a break in chain of custody of ballots and hence could create plausible deniability for any irregularities in the election. It would have made it very time consuming and difficult to prove intentional manipulation or that irregularities weren't just due to accidental loss of records and would have slowed everything down through the courts. It would have also provided a basis to sue to get the ballots thrown out from their side if somehow the other strategies weren't enough. Given they knew it would happen, they could pre-prepare their legal strategies and briefs for which ever side they wanted to argue. A heads I win, tails you lose strategy.

I think Kamala did try as much as she could in PA. Her campaign remained on the ground there well after the election. Her post-election day campaign emails alluded to wanting to make sure they had done everything they could there. When they were still asking for campaign contributions many balked at why contributions were still needed when the campaign was over. We were hoping for a recount in the Senate Casey/Macormack (sp?) race, which took quite a while to be decided. I held out hope in those days that a recount might uncover something like this. Thank you for bringing this to light now so that we can begin to act!!!
I gave a donation to help Harris with a recount and truthful election results through Blue Act and nothing ever became of it but I was frustrated they added $3.95 to my donation to themselves and then it all went away like a cloud of smoke, never heard anything more about it until just recently. This should've been dine right after the election and brought to the attention of lawyers and judges. Trump knew in 2020 when he threw fit about a recount that it was in the works for him to win the next election as the Heritage Committe went to work on their blueprints for him to follow after the rigged election to make America a dictator run country an benefit the elites. As a former prosecutor I thought she'd have more fire in her gills then to just concede when we could see it'd been rigged! 🇨🇦 Canadian here my feeling is exactly why why why did Kamala not demand recounts and a forensic audit? I’m guess she was too emotional at the time and just trusted the system, but she had a month at least.
Because Trump's votes exceeded the recount threshold, so no automatic recount was available. Requesting a recount follows procedures that differ in every state, some of them (like the swing state Pennsylvania) requiring the request to be made in each district, and within 5 days of the election. A few states don't allow recounts if the vote difference is above the threshold. In many states whoever requests the recount has to pay the entire cost of it. The allowed basis for a recount, other than the vote difference being less than the threshold, varies state to state. There was no proof of fraud within 5 days of the election. There isn't proof of fraud now, although there is a statistical case being made that seems compelling, but this didn't come out within a few days of the election.

I'm SO glad to see this! I just hope that as more and more people take it seriously and are willing to speak out we may yet get proof. From the start I felt sure that Musk's huge "campaign donation" illegal for a government contractor was secured by his own interference with the election so he'd be in position to enhance his contracts, companies and personal wealth. Then I saw voting data for Pennsylvania indicating likelihood of tampering right around when Trump commented on Musk's "talent with vote-counting machines" followed soon by how he "didn't need Musk to win in Pennsylvania". There were many petition signatures for a hand count of paper ballots in the state ignored, which made me wonder if someone was bribed, as Musk tried his lottery in that state. There's just no way Trump won in all swing states!

This article could have been written using the posts I’ve been putting out since the election. How did Trump win all the Swing States by a larger margin than the rest of the country? The States that should have had the closest races went bigger to Trump than the national vote. Make it make sense.

Hopefully there will be recounts all over the country. If they do a true recount and prove Trump is not legitimately in office, then what? What would actually happen, it’s doubtful that anyone has any real idea of what will happen. One would think that he would and should be removed.

I’d like to see a coalition between a group of currently seated federal officials (Bernie, AOC, Raskin, Chris Murphy, Chris VanHollen, Elizabeth Warren, Duckworth, Slotkin, Stansbury, Jasmine Crockett, etc) along with some not in office now but savvy about how get things done in government (Buttigieg, Kinzinger, Liz Cheney, etc) plus the new fresh ideas from Gen Z (David Hogg, Matthew Kenyatta, Matthew Frost, Anderson Clayton from NC, James Talarico from TX, etc) and some members of the media/legal advisors committed to speaking truth to power (Rachel Maddow, Katie Phang, Joyce Vance, Kate Shaw, Joy Reid, Alex Wagner, Lawrence O’Donnell, Jim Acosta) - to 1) push questions about the veracity of the election to their logical conclusion - it was stolen or it wasn’t - and act accordingly; 2) keep up a drumbeat of powerful messaging about as much of the terrible things happening everyday under this cabal as possible, and 3) keep Americans engaged by coordination with 50501, Indivisible, etc., to foster >3.5% sustained engagement to stop the freight train that is headed right at us and gaining momentum every minute that the cabal is in place.
Yes we can keep numerous Americans informed BUT there are millions of voting Americans we haven’t reached or even reached out to. I live in very red TN in MAGAville where the Felon’s promises haven’t been kept and the horribly vulnerable and desperate poor who really believed he would make their lives better have been made more desperate. As for the election, quite possibly it was manipulated—Trump didn’t need Musk’s dollars but he did need computer interference via Starlink and granted Musk millions of dollars after he “won” the election. The people pushing Truth to Power are wonderful and awesome and I absolutely support all of them —BUT they can’t reach MAGA because MAGA is only listening to FOX propaganda and that places US in a difficult communication problem: how do we reach out to MAGA and survive? Some of you are going to despise me for this but I really DO know how to reach out to MAGA: treat them as you want to be treated. No hate, no fear, no discrimination, no disrespect. It's been my experience that my own congressional representatives rarely acknowledge my emails. If they respond at all, it's always a form email that often doesn't directly relate to my original correspondence. In fact I saw or heard somewhere that they mostly keep a running count of pro and con phone calls and ignore emails. Additionally I doubt contacting any representative or senator other than your own is a waste of time. It's pretty apparent that their primary interest, even among the good ones, is getting re-elected. Sorry to be such a downer.
On the other hand, if we knew the 88 specific counties in question, I think residents in those counties putting pressure on their registrars and county officials through personal contact and the relevant secretaries of state to just audit a suspect precinct or two to test the hypotheses would be a great start. I mean, these audits could easily be done quietly with just a couple of people including an IT and OT engineer to inspect the equipment and someone to manually count a couple of hundred or thousand ballots and write and publish a short report. If the audits confirmed the hypotheses it would provide enormous incentive to widen the investigations.
After all, elections are administered by the states and counties, not by Congress. What do you think?
My red red members of Congress always acknowledge my emails and calls. Two of them respond themselves and the other sends her monthly report. Don’t censure emails to Congress—censorship is an authoritarian act and we are the only ones who can stop it. I email three or more times a day and call a few times daily and I will not relent nor will I concede to being ignored. All of US need to swamp this swamp with thousands upon thousands of emails, petitions, calls, and actions. Let me put it this way: if we don’t, who will? Gather your grit and your guts and just do it!
Makes sense to me. And while the issue deserves A LOT of attention if what seems clear to me can be proven, in the current climate of insanity and incompetence it may be more effective to get an ironclad case together before shouting to the rooftops about it. There are plenty of lawyers who want to save our democracy who could weigh in once the evidence has been collected and advise on path forward…

As much as I admire, respect, and appreciate Marc Elias, it burns me up to hear him say (as he has on several occasions) that 2024 was "a free and fair election." Beyond the issues discussed on this Substack, the voter suppression efforts deployed by the right wing over the past several years were clearly effective at reducing voter turnout and/or disqualifying eligible ballots cast.
It is neither "conspiratorial" nor anti-democratic to (legally) demand transparency and verification of the results of an election. Particularly one as consequential as this.

Months before the November 2024 election, or months after the election? Because if it was before then how would they know that the election was going to be rigged? If afterward. Then as I mentioned in my last comment. I think that they may have some doubts in confidence but in their mind, they're probably thinking 🤔 well since none of the Democrats in office has brought this to court we don't want to report on something that may backfire on us. And they don't want to dissuade people from voting. Also, in these last special elections this year Democrats having been winning. So that in itself gives them even more of an incentive not to believe the claims of the election being rigged. I'm not making excuses for them. I'm just analyzing and inferring as to why they are acting this way. 🙂 in the end the truth always comes out. When? Only time will tell.

I think the pre-election tell was TACO stating with a smug grin ' I don't need your votes, you will not have to vote again'. I have to disagree on your comment about Midas Touch. They are ruthless to trump and fascist regime. I have never heard them cosign any BS. I am leary about someone finding issue with several of the pro-democracy independent media, mainly MT Network. They regularly beat out Fox News, Rogan and are the top rated media. 5 million subscribers is a lot of people watching. They get harassed regularly by the maga idiots, death threats, and more. The right wants to sabotage MT. I do however believe the election results were manipulated and agree that Elias is wrong to be so certain it was a free and fair election.

It will take a coordinated approach and a clear strategy to take out this corrupt cabal 'root and branch'. America and Americans have to organise a cohesive approach involving a broad spectrum of American life. Current representatives, lawyers, analysts, citizens, marketeers, social media influencers, military leaders, Governors - the list goes on. It isn't about republicans v. Democrats, its about right minded citizens against a corrupt regime.

NYS Dems who control both houses and the governor’s mansion were not allowed to vote on VIVA NY, Senator Cleare’s and Assembly Member Brian Cunningham’s bill to ban voting machines that count votes with bar codes voters can’t verify - previously passed by the NYS senate. Passing it would have saved a fortune for counties, which are being grossly overcharged for these machines that produce and count unverifiable “ballot summary cards” that don’t meet NY’s own legal criteria for ballots - which are supposed to list all candidates in a races (which only appear briefly on a touchscreen amd disappear as soon as voters “mark” their choices and “cast” their “ballots.”
Well I finally got off my ass and did something about this. I downloaded and read The Common Coalition Report, signed the petition requesting ballot audits at Change.org, and donated to Election Truth Alliance and Change.org. In the process I discovered a bunch of new (to me) Substackers and subscribed. It's 4am here and now I feel I may never sleep again, but thank This Will Hold.
I hope others, especially those who live in swing states and the suspect 88 counties will also act. Living in a very blue area outside the suspected states and counties, I doubt my protestations carry much weight, but if you live in a swing state or county that appears to have been suspiciously flipped, please contact your officials.
BTW TWH, can you please list the 88 counties by state and name. I was only able to pinpoint the three Pennsylvania counties in Dr. Mebane's report. If the others are in there somewhere in the graphs, I was unable to identify them.
I agree with your latter comments. So much has been published regarding both the election and the corrupt, even illegal actions of the cabal, it needs to be corralled into a unified source record for referrence by all who are interested.

May our dear democrats prove that: (1) they are able to make a decision? (2) they are able to move swiftly?(after the despicable failure of Jan 6 procedure), (3) they have understood the current catastrophic mess will only be worsening while midterms are far (and Trump may threaten the next elections)? (4) they accept a risk of failure?, (5) they are able to communicate effectively ?
Recounting is not a big deal and is easy to launch.
It has to be done in all swing states (Trump tried massively in 2020) without trying to be too smart eg. trying to assess in advance the most convincing recounts.
The Press likes fresh / exclusive / spectacular information. If Dems continue to display information drop by drop through whatever (changing) Democrat elected officials on social networks they will again complain about the Press. They need strong expert back up as well. Please build a communication strategy.
Even if there is no proof of mechanical or software manipulation (your 2 previous articles) the data analysis proves manipulation beyond reasonable doubt. The comments of Trump, Musk and MAGA officials are confounding.
And it might well be that as soon as results appear unconvincing and numerous electors attest their vote has been changed, some people in the field may be encouraged to attest mechanical/software interference during or before the last elections.

I live in Scotland and for the first time in my life I went to my MP's surgery (a one-to-one meeting with the elected representative for my constituency, in case people are wondering)
Among other issues raised, I voiced my concerns about the 2024 US election. The implications of these potential manipulations, the complex technology involved and the companies capable of doing it has CATASTROPHIC IMPLICATIONS for the national security of the UK and many other countries.
I asked him to at least look at the evidence gathered by ETA as he was unaware of the organisation and the problems revealed by their analysis.
The more UK constituents who attend surgeries and raise this with their MPs the more likely for some traction in the media. Authoritarianism may be just around the corner for us. Ordinary people have been betrayed by successive governments who have sold the UK to US corporations, hedge funds and private equity firms, who then used their made up money to buy real assets while robbing our working class. And Musk wants to buy himself his very own toy fascist party here .... so thanks for that.
Sorry for letting off steam but the long and short of it is that non US citizens can do their bit to support democracy by raising awareness and creating a noise in our respective countries.

I've been studying and learning. My thought today about today's reading 'The Technology Dome' created by men lacking moral character for power and greed. We, need to stop these goons!
Just a week ago, when talking to my 25 year old niece who's from Pennsylvania but attending grad school down here in Florida, she registered early for her mail ballot from PA for the 2024 election. She then told me that she didn't receive her ballot in her mailbox until the day AFTER election day.
I wish I would've known it way earlier so that maybe, I could've had her get the ballot and outside envelope to somebody who could determine if there was a way to track its journey. More importantly, find out when it was sent and if it was "held up" somewhere in the postal chain of custody.
I now wish there was somebody tracking how many others suffered this injustice as well. When you add in the possibility that 10's or 100's of thousands of other swing state voters might've never received their mail-in ballots by election day too, on top of all of the manipulation in vote tallies that appear to have occurred, they could've stolen this election by far larger margins than we even currently believe they did.
What pisses me off to no end is that Harris, Biden, and the Dems did NOTHING to even begin to investigate seemingly ANYTHING at all. That truly is unbelievable...

According to Election Truth Alliance, the data to audit the paper ballots is only available for 22 months post election. Our best bet is the legal course Smart Elections is taking in Rockland County NY will show ballot manipulation and fuel the effort in auditing Pennsylvania. By then we will firmly be in the 2026 midterms election cycle. If this hasn't been resolved by midterms, we need to determine which midterms would most likely be manipulated by the new Tech brothers and encourage no candidate concede their elections without a hand recount of the ballots. If outside the required margin for recount, we all have to be prepared to ante up dollars to pay for recounts. Skeptics are going to skeptic. Our goal is to secure on audit and snowball from there. It is no longer about the 2024 election, it is about all future elections.
