I completely resonate with everything you said. I've seen all the videos where they've confessed to all this many times. It's beyond time that Democrat led states do something. We're trying to get more Dems here in Texas.

And you’ve got some good ones! Best from New Jersey.

A Pat's avatar

Feckless Dems. Fucking Radicalized Rep Party Extremists! Hold them to the fire. Put systems in place to protect from future corruption.

Barbara Dillard's avatar

I sent the Lawsuit from ETA against Pennsylvania for election fraud to Dan Goldman today. The voting machines were not certified and Al Schmidt ordered 88,000 extra votes. They have to do a hand recount now.

Merry's avatar

Sure Dems are feckless in some respects. Yet it’s difficult for them to take appropriate action right now when Trump and republicans are in full control of Congress. So the Republicans are not only feckless, they are 100% complicit by protecting Trump and not holding him accountable. They are also traitors who are aiding and abetting a criminal.

At least house democrats IMPEACHED Trump, TWICE, in 2021, and the senate ignored its oath to protect and defend the constitution and the rule of law, then yawned and looked the other way. Then they actually re-elected him, as a convicted felon and sexual predator.

I watched Jack Smith’s testimony today. And it was disgraceful. Republicans are handing Trump his totalitarian dictatorship, and the crown he so desperately craves, in plain sight.

BTW, I’ve always been a registered independent, for decades, for a reason.

My heart aches for the rapid demise of our country, set in motion by the most corrupt president (with the help of his army of billionaire robber barons) in history. It’s horrifying.

This Will Hold's avatar

The Democrats just handed ICE another $10B. We aren’t making excuses for them anymore.

And it only takes one member of Congress to begin the disqualification process under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. One.

Lynn Bartkus's avatar

Get your facts from real honest sources not corrupt twice impeached !

A Pat's avatar

House Dems voted to fund ICE. This is total BS. I get the Radicalized Rep Party Extremists bending for Trump. Not the Dems. New times requires every Dem steel their f*cking spine for The People. Tough times call for tough choices and big moves. If not, there will be no chance for reform.

Sandra Przybylski's avatar

I believe it was 7 House Dems that voted for ICE funding. They're listed somewhere or you could Google it. FWIW Smith likely filed the documents case in FL because many documents were hidden there in MAL. MAL was searched by FBI through a judge's warrant & Trump was charged with espionage among other things.

Merry's avatar

These are the members who voted for the bill: The seven Democrats who sided with Republicans were Reps. Henry Cuellar (Texas), Jared Golden (Maine), Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (Wash.), Laura Gillen (N.Y.), Don Davis (N.C.), Tom Suozzi (N.Y.) and Vicente Gonzalez (Texas).

Which means that 207 democrats voted against it.

I obviously support everyone’s right to vote for the candidates they choose. But it also seems illogical to me to claim or assume that ALL democrats are “feckless” or that they all should somehow be blamed for the despicable and dangerous policies of the trump administration.

It also seems appropriate for voters who reside in the states where dems votes FOR the bill should evaluate and determine whether or not they are willing to vote for them again.

We clearly live in extremely precarious times and the very future of our country is at risk. Add gerrymandering to the mix complicates the voting process and increases the unpredictability and unfairness of elections because not all votes even count. And we end with a system that is rigged and ruled by the minority.

So right now I must also realize and consider that I don’t have the luxury of “sitting this one out”, because then I will have automatically defaulted to the republicans.

So do “we” no longer make excuses for Dems, as has been suggested?

WellI I can’t, nor will I ever, make that determination for others. But I can certainly make it for myself. And the choice is quite clear to me.

Lynn Bartkus's avatar

If they don’t they’re state gets no funding, none for schools or helping seniors etc

Merry's avatar

Exactly. They are working for, representing and trying to help their constituents. Trying to do the right thing for them. That’s why they’re in Congress. And I respect that.

Thanks so much for responding.

Sandra Przybylski's avatar

Thanks for that information. I think I read that most of the 7 were in leaning R districts. However, it now goes to the Srnate & because of the latest murder in Mpls by ICE & the quid pro quo announced by Bondi that if you want ICE out of your state, you must hand over your voting data so they can rig the midterms for Trump, the Senate Democrats have banded together & decided NOT to pass ICE funding. So another government shutdown is on the horizon.

Merry's avatar

Yes trump wants a quid pro quo. Typical. Like he did with Zelenskyy which is exactly why Dems impeached him in 2021. it’s his MO.

Apparently…. “…on January 24, 2026, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi sent a formal letter to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz outlining specific conditions under which federal immigration enforcement operations (specifically Operation Metro Surge) would cease in the state. “Bondi's letter provides a "path for ICE and other federal agents to leave Minnesota," which includes several major demands: “Voter Roll Access: Allow the Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division to access Minnesota's voter rolls to "confirm that Minnesota’s voter registration practices comply with federal law" was one of her demands! https://www.fox9.com/news/minneapolis-shooting-ag-pam-bondi-urges-gov-walz-support-ice And last Sept “Trump administration sues Minnesota secretary of state over refusal to hand over voter rolls “Lawsuit is similar to legal challenges filed by the DOJ against Oregon and Maine this month.” https://www.startribune.com/doj-sues-minnesota-secretary-of-state-over-refusal-to-hand-over-voter-rolls/601480819

Margaret Tomlinson's avatar

It is irresponsible to refer to “the Democrats” as responsible for this when almost the entire caucus voted against funding ICE, with only 7 voting for. Those 7 should be primaried. But don’t hold the great majority of Democrats who voted no responsible.

A Pat's avatar

Not one Dem should have voted to allow a Gang of ICE members to walk our streets and systematically beat rape kidnap and kill citizens documented or otherwise.

This Will Hold's avatar

Look up the Laken Riley Act and get back to us.

Margaret Tomlinson's avatar

The Laken Riley Act was a year ago, and only referred to the detention of undocumented immigrants who had committed (and presumably been convicted of) crimes other than simply entering the country illegally. The actions by ICE that we are seeing now have no relationship to the Laken Riley Act. They are murdering American citizens with no criminal records simply for exercising their Constitutional right to peacefully protest. It’s Republicans in Congress who have in typical cowardly fashion not just allowed but facilitated this. Inaccurately criticizing Democrats (who are in fact speaking out against this) does nothing but increase the likelihood of Republicans winning midterm elections.

This Will Hold's avatar

The Laken Riley Act is the reason these ICE thugs are able to kidnap people off the street with no due process. It is literally the legislation they’re using to trash the Constitution. Wake up.

Merry's avatar

Are we now seeing fissures in the trump regime? AT LONG LAST?

“At least one Republican senator, is calling for a full investigation into the incident that led to the death of an ICU nurse by DHS immigration agents.”

Republicans against Trump

@RpsAgainstTrump

“First Republican senator to call for a “Full joint federal and state investigation.” (After the Trump regime blocked local investigators from investigating the shooting.)”

U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. posted on social media-

@SenBillCassidy

The events in Minneapolis are incredibly disturbing. The credibility of ICE and DHS are at stake. There must be a full joint federal and state investigation. We can trust the American people with the truth.”

Most republicans have proven themselves to be suckermouth catfish with their lips planted firmly on dementia Donny’s fat ass. They are disgraceful cowards who are complicit in destroying our country. My heart aches deeply as my blood boils with rage.

HOW WE GOT TRUMP 2.0

CORPORATE COMMUNIST BUSINESS PLAN (It’s not a conspiracy; it is a business plan.)

Russia and China are red states.

Why would anyone feel there is a need for a metaphor about Corporate Communism? The short answer: political marketing.

The fascist Trump MAGA right is using socialist as a bludgeon to attack every bipartisan social progress program of the twentieth century (yes, I mean FDR, Eisenhower, Reagan, Nixon, JFK, LBJ, Obama, Biden, et al). Ninety nine percent of the US population, because of Corporate Communist Fox, has no idea what socialism is other than being the spawn of Satan. It is time to put these liars on their back foot by being forced to defend the lack of free and fair media.

“Corporate Communism” is when oblivious and frequently incompetent corporations own the means of communication which is a very long-winded way of saying propaganda. Propaganda rules the world. All I have to do is to mention any religion and all of you have a visceral reaction no matter what your denomination. Propaganda pervades every aspect of our lives. Show me two religions and I will show you a war, frequently within the same dogma denomination. On the corporate side propaganda is done through the ownership of major corporations that provide us with supposed news. This is a failure on many levels, not only in the slanting and editorializing of the news, but more importantly, the editorial decision of what to cover or what to ignore. Right now, the corporate communist news industry covers only things that support oligarchy. To quote Senator Sanders. “In America today, we have more media concentration than we have ever had. Just six international media corporations control 90% of what American people see here and read. They own the traditional media, newspapers, radio and TV networks and movie studios as well as much of the Internet…three huge Wall Street firms Vanguard, BlackRock and State Street are the major stockholders in 95% of the S&P 500 corporations. And in other words, they have significant influence over many hundreds of companies that employ millions of American workers. And in fact, the entire economy.” This is accomplished by the production of false information via the privatization of Big Brother (Palantir, Google, X aka Gulf of Twitter, Facebook, Amazon, Instagram, etc.). It is the worst of both utopian fantasies, e.g. altruism is a natural human trait and that the invisible hand is more than a metaphor.

In NYC, a self-described socialist Zohran Mamdani resoundingly won in the race for Mayor. During the campaign an ad by political entertainer and Republican mayoral candidate Curtis Sliwa who had less leadership experience than Mamdani attacked the leadership and ethics of Cuomo and Adams while yelling “Socialist” about Mamdani. The conservavictim whiny little bitch corporate communist media is spreading the fear lies that NYC businesses will leave NYC for Texas etc. since they have the same educated employee hiring pool as NYC.

A Note on Conspiracy Theory: A popular belief among life’s victims (conservavictims and libtards) is that they are not to blame for their lack of success because “those forces” such as space aliens, frequently with lasers, immigrants and beings with mystic power, e.g. The Illuminati are aligned against them, and “those people” (usually ethnic and or religious groups) all sticking together to subvert their pure patriotic programs.

Corporate Communism is anti-capitalism (Adam Smith and Ayn Rand). It is anti-communist, (Marx and Stalin). It is anti-competitive in its core. It hates the free market. Loves big government which it owns. Classic Capitalism and Classic Communism are utopian dreams based on the perfectibility of humans. The stunning materialist success of classic Capitalism in remaking the world is that it most closely follows the depraved human (that is us) indifference to consequences. The stunning failure of Russian/Chinese, Stalinist Communism is that it assumed that imperfect dogma dog bureaucrats could manage something other than being dogma dog bureaucrats: Red Guard political officers in every organization.

The Corporate Communist Business Plan Privatizing Big Brother:

• Elect a useful idiot wholly controlled by those with extortion and blackmail skills and evidence. (Trump-Epstein anyone?).

• Neuter Citizen Voting (Citizens United: corporations are people) an armed guard at polling places to demand “your papers please” to prevent non-proven voter fraud.

• Neuter The Free Press Aka the Fourth Estate and free speech while maintaining the fantasy of freedom (Free Speech Absolutist) through bogus litigation, denial of access, and ownership of the means of communication. Consolidation of media.

• A note on Free Speech Absolutism: Free speech is absolutely protected from the government. That’s it, full stop. It does not mean everybody has the right to have their words and speech published, streamed, broadcast, sculpted, painted or sent via smoke signals “Freedom of the press is guaranteed only to those who own one". A. J. Liebling”..

• Ongoing degradation and subjugation of women via BFFI (BruteForceFuckingIgnorance) and tax-free religion. E.g. Clinton, Harris, Warren, Klobuchar, Ferraro. Compare and contrast with Nixon, Trump, Bush, et al. G$D created man and woman in their own image but no one has ever seen him/her/them yet almost always has a beard. Hell, even Satan has a beard. Why do popular (actually, all) religions get to have their superstitions subsidized by the government as tax free business? Please don’t say they do good work like the Godfather passing out turkeys on Thanksgiving right before DeNiro shoots him. I think it was abortion and Germaine Greer, and Susan Brownmiller via Playboy, (I only read the articles and interviews e.g. Ayn Rand) that I found the additional cracks in my dogma. What, exactly are men so terrified of? Why are G$D’s women frequently covered from head to toe due to the male BFFI (Brute Force and Fucking Ignorance) run societies and religions. Could it be self-awareness by men that they cannot control their most base instincts or perhaps confusing musculature bravado with self-esteem? Currently this is Trumpism writ large. Could not men have come up with a civilization that did not need to stand on the throats of 50% of the world’s population to develop both the A bomb and the Cybertruck? It seems that men have not completely exempted themselves from abusive dogma like mandatory facial hair and celibacy as to women. Good thing we are the top of the food chain.

• Neuter Government Oversight of the economy (Chevron Doctrine), DOGE. and e.g. elimination of the CFPB Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

• Cut Education Funding (eliminate critical thinking and awareness of facts about tiny hands).

• The anti-capitalist mentality: Elimination of Classic Capitalism Free Market Competition via Anti-Customer Service (“Your call is very important to us and the robot will be right with you”), tax funded bailouts. Consolidation of industries to eliminate effective competition.

• Denying that personal information: medical, financial e.g. credit scores, accident, dating, social, religious is actually individual private property like homes, stamp collections, cars, shoes, underwear. This theft of private property is frequently self-inflicted via free shipping and rewards by uploading your life to Big Brother social media or most likely in terms of agreement you signed and never read. Let’s not forget DOGE: since there is no controls or oversight, possibly most Musk minions stolen data will wind up as an Xfile without rewards or free shipping.

o This from Consumer Reports: “Imagine being charged more for an airline ticket to a family member’s funeral just because you searched for their obituary online. ..surveillance pricing’ happens because corporations are allowed to secretly use your personal information against you – charging different prices based on how much they think you’re willing to pay, or how badly you need their product or service.”

• Indentured Servitude (Employee responsible for their pension and medical insurance).

• Permanent Financial Crisis and business bailouts.

• Tax Free Theocracy. Christo Fascism

This analysis of strategic vulnerablity is honestly chilling. The premeditated nature of leaving the Capitol unguarded, combined with securing the judge beforehand, shows a level of long-term planning most people dont realize was happening. I've been following these investigations since day one and the systematic obstruction at every level still catches me off guard. The fact that evidence is being suppressed while the perpetrators walk free is exactly what Smith warned about.

More great and indispensable work by This Will Hold! I'm sharing everywhere and hope every American who sees this will do likewise. We The People have got to find a way to put an end to this, and there may not be much time. The biggest march on Washington in history seems unavoidable. But major business leaders and big corporate leaders are going to have to be onboard, and that's going to be a pretty tall order. At least some of them care about justice and democracy. I guess maybe we'll find out.

The Republicans blasted their lies through ads all through Bidens administration. They may have stolen the election but a lot of voters still voted for him because of those lies that were told repeatedly for 4 years. The Dems need to be doing the same now. Show pictures of ice in Minnesota. Show rising healthcare costs while the rich get richer, show Trumps gaffes, show what Jack Smith uncovered, show trumps lies about getting involved in wars.

Dems are viewed as weak by many independents and registered Dems. Advertising works! The Republicans have shown that.

It was Merrick Garland not the senate, that assigned Cannon to the case, and it was Garland, who lied as to the reason, and moved the case to the Southern District of Florida.

Garland was a fifth columnist inside the Biden Administration, and I blame Obama and Biden for his presence.

Obama wanted to fill a Supreme Court Vacancy and knew that the Senate would oppose any nomaintation and abandoning principle he asked Orrin Hatch of UT,who was then the most right winger in the Senate for someone that would pass the Republican Senate, and Hatch nominated Merrick Garland, who had served as moderator, 10 times for the Federalist society

Mitch McConnel blocked Garland to deny Obama a win, not because of ideology,

Biden, feckless as ever, appointed Garland as AG, to show "bipartisanship" and then turned him loose and let him do his right wing thing, including failing to even investigae the institagors of Jan 6th, the Republicans in Congress like MJT, Llauren Boebert, who typed the go signal, of 1776,on her cell phone, Biggs, Hawley, Gaetz.

He didn't even open an investigation into Trump's role for almost two years, until shamed into it by his peers, lawyers and judges.

Feckless Biden paid for it though, when Garland acquiesced to a Trump appointee in Justice,, David Weiss, who was jumping up an down, virtually, saying send me in coach.

It was Merrick Garland behind the whole stinking affair, but the blame stops with Biden, who appointed this traitor as Attorney General.

I say traitor because were it not for Garland, Trump would not be president.

Notice how the orange menace is not going after Merrick Garland. Garland is not on his hit list, only Jack Smith.

WTF is wrong with people, does not anyone have a functioning brain.

This Will Hold's avatar

The Senate shoved her through on the nuclear option after Trump lost the election. And it wasn’t Garland who moved the case to Florida.

Venue Requirements: The Justice Department must bring charges in the district where the crimes occurred to avoid jurisdictional challenges, making the South Florida federal court the proper venue for actions at Mar-a-Lago.

As to the rest of it, who knows. Garland has disappeared into obscurity and it’s likely the evidence will one day be unearthed, similar to how we learned about Reagan’s malfeasance decades after sabotaging President Carter.

William Farrar's avatar

Ah the Senate has nothing to do with appointing Judges to cases, that is the domain of the AG. Cannnon being appointed to a Federal Judgeship has nothing at all to do with assigning her a case. Two different things.

And yes it was Garland who moved the case to Florida, who else would it have been, Biden.

And no the crime didn't occur in Florida, as I stated the crime occurred in D.C. and Va when the boxes were loaded onto the truck and plane.

Yes, Garland has faded into obscurity, but we have to set the record straight, Control the past and you control the future.

This Will Hold's avatar

You’re clearly not understanding the point. The Senate pulled out all the stops to approve her AFTER Trump lost the election. The AG does not appoint judges to cases either, they are on a lottery system and Cannon managed to draw Trump’s case.

And no, Merrick Garland did not “move” the case to Florida. Jack Smith filed the case there, per jurisdictional procedure:

https://www.ms.now/deadline-white-house/deadline-legal-blog/jack-smith-classified-documents-florida-aileen-cannon-rcna240017#:~:text=Two%20years%20ago%2C%20when%20special,in%20a%20particular%20federal%20district.

William Farrar's avatar

It is not me that is not understanding the point. You are talking about Cannons appointment as a federal judge. I know all about the point you keep making, it is irrelevant, because the point I made is that Garland appointed her (after she was appointed to her office) as the presiding judge over the Trump documents case. That was the point I made, and still make, but you changed the subject to her Senate confirmation, and that was never the subject or question.

As regards the so called lottery system, the "wheel" as they call it was broken, and Garland ignored the wheel or lottery system,, claiming that an algorithm had appointed her, and you can't argue with an algorithm /s

I stand corrected that it was Jack Smith that filed the case in Florida.

Which raises another question. Regardless of his performance today, his decision to file in Florida, surprised his own staff, as the crime occurred in D.C. not Florida.

Not looking good for Jack now.

I am left wondering about your persistent defense of Merrick Garland.

This Will Hold's avatar

Garland did NOT appoint her as the presiding judge, she drew the case in the lottery just like all the other cases that landed in her lap during that period. Garland had nothing to do with it. This is easily verified. Google it.

We can beat these criminals without twisting the facts. When we do, we’re stooping to their level.

Anyone planning on reaching out to their reps/AG, this is for you, Especially if you have weak, establish Dems and corrupt fascists, you need to appeal to the fact that they already know they’re fucked.

“Let’s get this straight- you’re disliked, you’re weak, you’re complicit, and we all hate you. Your career is over, and you’re going down with the ship. However, you have one chance to ensure you get a positive footnote in the history books. You will be hated and eliminated at this point no matter what, so you might as well do something big and go down one of the ones who did SOMETHING good.”

They have nowhere else to go and no cards left to play. Except this one. Let them know it.
