I agree with this reasoning whole heartedly!. It is apparent most “old” school Democrats have long since grown used to money, billionaires and large corporations greatly influencing the policies and functions of our Federal government. They are certainly “listening” to them, not to We, the people.

They would have introduced term limits a long time ago on all of the legislators and the Supreme Justices, not just the President.
They would never have passed Citizens United.
They would never have allowed Roe vs. Wade to be overturned.

My concern is that Arizona's audit procedure appears to reverse that sequence.
In Maricopa County, for example, approximately 10,400 early-ballot batches were processed in 2020, yet only 54 batches were selected for the hand-count audit under A.R.S. §16-602. In my view, identifying the audit sample before the results being audited have been publicly committed weakens the audit's independence and creates an unnecessary vulnerability. Sound auditing practice is designed to remove even the appearance that the audit process could influence, or appear to influence, the records being verified.

Years ago, while working with the Diebold election management system, I demonstrated how election data could be altered in a matter of seconds by changing database information. Those demonstrations were intended to educate policymakers and election officials about vulnerabilities—not to claim that any particular election had been manipulated.
Technology has changed since then, but one principle has not: the most logical target for anyone attempting to alter electronic election records would be the Cast Vote Record (CVR) database, not the paper ballots or the ballot images. The CVR is the digital record of how each ballot was interpreted by the tabulation system. Like any digital database, it should never be accepted solely on trust. It MUST be independently verifiable.
That's why I believe election officials should publish both ballot images and the corresponding CVRs, organized by precinct or another auditable unit that preserves voter anonymity. Independent citizens, journalists, political parties, researchers, and universities could then verify that the published CVRs accurately reflect the ballot images. A statistically sound risk-limiting audit would then compare a random sample of the original voter-marked paper ballots with those published images, confirming that the digital records faithfully represent the physical ballots.
If someone knew that every CVR could be checked against ballot images, and that those images could in turn be checked against the original paper ballots, the incentive to manipulate digital records would be dramatically reduced. Verification is one of the strongest forms of deterrence.
I also think it would be valuable to examine how every state conducts its audits, especially the swing states.
• Do they commit results before selecting the audit sample?
• What percentage of ballots is actually subject to meaningful verification?
• Are ballot images available for independent review?
• Are CVRs publicly available?
• Do their procedures follow generally accepted auditing principles?
Those are objective questions that deserve objective answers.
To me, that's where the national conversation should go—not simply asking whether an election was secure, but asking whether every American can independently verify that the reported results accurately reflect the voters' ballots.
That is how public confidence is restored.

I recommend a renewed commitment to the Principles on which this country is built but minus all of the contradictory hierarchies and associated beliefs that make true Liberty and Freedom for all impossible (of even one person is denied their Constitutional Rights, no one is guaranteed those Rights; once we justify the denial of rights to one person or group, it is quite easy and likely it be done to others).
I also believe that we should become intolerant of the use of group memberships/identities as political weaponized; I don't know exactly how to do it, but we must create effective means of preventing the highly politicized group attacks that have worked so well in dividing us.
Of course, the first step would be to dismantle the various social hierarchies that are used to reproduce and protect the larger patriarchal social order, which can be generally described as a very few “White” men over all other men, over women (this is a general model that doesn't capture the various intersectionalities that might create exceptions to this rule). It wouldn’t be a bad thing to make it harder for political interests to run campaigns on the basis of attacks on an opponent or segments of society, and instead, encourage candidates to prove their qualifications and commitment based on their own experience and qualifications. And of course, if we take out the money, and control the use of media for political ends, we’d be able to stop at least two interlocking sources of corruption.
That should only take a couple of centuries. But the first step is to help Americans see and understand how this social order is reproduced over the generations and the way it prevents any one in America to truly be liberated or Free .

The former hired guns of both parties who oppose the regime are concerned that voters will not turn out if they lose faith in free and fair elections. Rick Wilson is also vehemently denying that there could be any problem with voting machines controlled by the far right. They are correct that a huge wave, or change, election can still overwhelm attempts to rig elections in swing states, which depend on close or deadlocked elections to be effective. My guess is that they believe that in the moment, it's more important to have a huge voter turnout in the midterms than to expose election manipulation. It's true that if we don't take back the Congress in the midterms, the damage may well exceed what can be repaired.
Here’s a question: would we have a stronger system if the DOJ, FBI and other law enforcement were all consolidated under the judiciary, and justices had a mandatory retirement age of 70 or a clear path to recall if their decisions begin to look partisan?

So why do you suppose Marc Elias told VP Harris he saw "nothing actionable" when, on Election Night, we ALL watched more than 1.7 million votes disappear for VP Harris in Michigan and Wisconsin? No one could explain why, and the election security experts followed up with that Duty to Warn letter.
All we have is speculation because Elias doesn't answer emails, phone calls, or social media posts.

Despite multiple election experts advising him and them of anomalous data and evidence of manipulation in the swing states, Marc Elias told all three candidates he saw “nothing actionable.”
Why do you think that is?
When cybersecurity experts and computer scientists sent Kamala Harris a Duty to Warn letter, and statisticians sent the anomalous data in the swing states, she called Marc Elias and he told her he saw “nothing actionable.”
Why?
And furthermore, when we approached Elias over the course of the last eighteen months with the anomalous data and Dr. Walter Mebane Jr.’s findings, we received no response.
Why?
Maybe it’s just greed. He runs the highest paid legal firm in the DNC, and has for years. In fact, he’s built a legal empire working cases for the Democrats, a legal empire that wouldn’t be nearly as successful if Democrats had challenged those elections, and these corrupt Supreme Court justices had never been seated.
Or maybe it’s more than that.
Maybe he has ties to the Zionist movement in Israel.
There are a lot of unanswered questions, and it’s infuriating that we’re in this position because one man, who represents the DNC, told three presidential candidates he saw “nothing actionable” and not to pursue recounts.

DID YOU KNOW ON ELECTION NIGHT that all this cheating was going on?
It doesn’t appear that is the case as it took you a lot of digging into what happened after the election results could be analyzed
I disagree that Marc’s statement on election night is the same as him advising Kamala to not challenge the election results
Marc Elias appears to me to be one of the few lawyers who have fought in multiple court cases (including the Supreme Court) against the corruption of the Trump administration
I don’t think you are helping your cause by SPECULATING about Marc Elias’ motivations
It was well beyond Election Night. It's not as if this is a game-time decision and Election Night is the only opportunity a candidate has to challenge the results. The official canvass and certification process was still ongoing, legal avenues for challenging the results had not yet run their course, and Dr. Duncan Buell and his colleagues sent the Duty to Warn letter on November 13.
So why do you suppose Marc Elias told VP Harris he saw "nothing actionable" when, on Election Night, we ALL watched more than 1.7 million votes disappear for VP Harris in Michigan and Wisconsin? No one could explain why, and the election security experts followed up with that Duty to Warn letter.
All we have is speculation because Elias doesn't answer emails, phone calls, or social media posts.
So how about you speculate as to why three different presidential candidates were approached by experts with anomalous data and evidence of tampering, yet Marc Elias told all three of them he saw "nothing actionable."

you stated that the proof was in Kamala Harris’ book 107 days-
I read and reread the book - and the only thing I found in her book was the election night statement from Marc Elias that at that time “he found nothing actionable”
You have not provided any additional evidence that after the Election results that Marc Elias had further discussions with Kamala and convinced her to not challenge the election results
As you have indicated there were analysis by others that warned of election vote cheating - but that does not provide “evidence” that you claim that it was Marc Elias who convinced Kamala to stand down - and speculation on your part is not based on FACTS - only if you have FACTS to back up your claims does it deserve to be proof of Marc Elias’ motivation
