Trump Is Replicating Vote.gov to Recreate Musk's 2024 Election-Rigging Platform
Ashley St. Clair turned down $40 million to remain silent. They're offering her the GDP of a small country for a reason—and it's not because Elon is weird.
About a month ago, we stumbled onto something that began as a curiosity and became, the deeper we looked, genuinely alarming.
Something odd involving the Social Security Administration and a July 4 switch date kept surfacing. And the passport portal and Vote.gov had been replicated by an obscure White House office called the National Design Studio.
More strikingly, the date July 4, 2026, appeared repeatedly across what seemed to be legitimate .gov infrastructure—in a pattern suggesting that date may mark when the original government sites go dark and the new White House-controlled copies go live.
We sent our findings to developers, code experts, and a reporter at CNN for verification. So far, he has not reported on our findings.
While that work was underway, independent researcher The Drey Dossier reached aligned conclusions through her own investigation, which we’ll summarize and connect to our findings in this article.

DOGE & the National Design Studio
The National Design Studio was created by Executive Order 14338 in August 2025. Its stated mission is to redesign how Americans experience their government—federal websites, digital services, the online interfaces through which citizens access public programs. Its director is Joe Gebbia, cofounder of Airbnb.
That name may already be familiar.
Former MAGA influencer Ashley St. Clair is currently making the rounds in left-leaning media, discussing Joe Gebbia, his close relationship with Elon Musk, and his role in the 2024 election.
Ms. St. Clair has repeatedly stated that she turned down $40 million to remain silent. Bottom line: they’re offering her the GDP of a small country for a reason—and it’s not because Elon is weird.
And contrary to critics chastising her for “waiting until now to come forward,” the New York Times reported this a year ago.
In a May 2025 article, the paper revealed that on October 5, 2024—just before Starlink’s low-Earth-orbit Direct-to-Cell (DTC) satellite activation—Musk texted a confidant now believed to be St. Clair:
“I’m feeling more optimistic after tonight. Tomorrow we unleash the anomaly in the matrix.”
Then, an hour later:
“This isn’t something on the chessboard, so they’ll be quite surprised. ‘Lasers’ from space.”
Meaning St. Clair came forward roughly six months after the election—and who knows how long before that the story was being vetted, written, and published.
She told it while fighting the richest man on the planet for custody of their child. That takes a particular kind of nerve and we know courage when we see it.
People are allowed to change their minds. They are allowed to look at what they were part of and decide to say something. Since when did we become a society that doesn’t make room for individuals to think outside the box and pivot.

Ashley St. Clair has reached the “do better” part and we’re here for it and her. Because we’re upstanders and we fight for what’s right—no matter who or what we’re fighting.
Now, back to what she’s discussing: our focus is specifically on those “Lasers from space” and the America PAC, the voter-information harvesting platform Musk built to supposedly boost turnout in swing states. It’s worth remembering that the platform did not register a single voter; it only served to capture voter data.
Data that could be used to build the fake county vote banks we identified across the swing states and Florida. From there, we were able to demonstrate mathematically that legitimate votes for Kamala Harris were removed and replaced with illegitimate votes for Trump, which is why the election data appears so anomalous.

First, thank you for reading and circulating these articles. Our audience has grown exponentially, and more people are beginning to confront both the data and their own instincts about U.S. elections. It’s finally becoming clear to Americans that something is not a “conspiracy theory” when it proves to be true.
We know the Democratic base—particularly Black voters in Pennsylvania and North Carolina—did not vote blue down-ballot and then suddenly flip to Trump at the top of the ticket.
It was a data swap.
Back to the National Design Studio: Joe Gebbia moved from Elon’s 2024 election orbit directly into DOGE, then from DOGE into his current role running federal digital infrastructure for the National Design Studio from inside the White House.
As the nation’s first Chief Design Officer, he’s supposed to lead a sweeping overhaul of federal digital services, according to Reuters. The newly established National Design Studio is tasked with targeting approximately 26,000 federal web portals as part of Trump’s “America by Design” initiative.
But that’s not what he’s doing. He’s replicating those sites and housing them under the Executive Office of the President. So far, close to 100 of them.
And he reports directly to White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles. His position requires no Senate confirmation, meaning no financial disclosures, and the office does not appear in any federal procurement database.
As far as the official record is concerned, Joe Gebbia and the National Design Studio are basically nonexistent.
That is not an accident.
A Familiar Structure
Staff are hired under Section 3161, a federal authority written for temporary advisory bodies. Most are classified as part-time advisors or volunteers. They do not appear on the White House salary report. The Executive Office of the President has no inspector general, and neither does this office.
Anyone who followed the Department of Government Efficiency will recognize the architecture. Gebbia spent six months at DOGE before taking his current role.
Based on reporting available so far, the individuals most clearly identified as having DOGE ties and then joining or leading the National Design Studio (NDS) are:
Joe Gebbia — Previously worked with DOGE and was recruited into government modernization efforts before becoming the head of NDS.
Kaitlyn Koller — Reported by WIRED as joining NDS after working alongside leadership associated with the U.S. DOGE Service.
Edward Coristine — the 20-year-old Russia-adjacent hacker known as “Big Balls” was identified as having joined NDS after his DOGE role.
Zachary Terrell — WIRED reported him as one of the DOGE operatives connected to the emerging NDS orbit, though public reporting has been less definitive about his formal NDS position than for Koller or Coristine.
More broadly, WIRED reported that NDS would be “populated by DOGE operatives affiliated with the General Services Administration,” but did not publish a complete staff list.
It’s worth noting that DOGE is currently named as defendant in multiple federal lawsuits, one in specific is for allowing engineers without proper security clearances to access Social Security data, and for sharing sensitive voter information via a “Voter Data Transfer Agreement” to third party whose name is being protected.
“According to a key notice filed in the litigation, the SSA DOGE team received a request from a ‘political advocacy group’ to ‘analyze state voter rolls that the advocacy group had acquired.’ The filing indicates that one of the DOGE personnel at SSA signed a ‘Voter Data Agreement’ with the advocacy group and transmitted the executed agreement on March 24, 2025.” — Democracy Forward, April 2026
The National Design Studio is the new DOGE.
What the Websites Are Doing
As The Drey Dossier detailed in her report, every webpage makes requests to outside servers—dozens per second, invisible to the user.
We were digging into July 4 issues within the Social Security Administration and Vote .gov sites.
She came upon information on TrumpRx, the federal prescription drug site. One of those requests to outside servers goes to PostHog, a Silicon Valley analytics company whose business is recording visitor behavior: mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, keystrokes. The recording begins the moment the page loads. No interaction required.
The data is not anonymized. IP addresses are not stripped. And the way it is configured, the data routes back to TrumpRx, but is actually forwarded behind the scenes to PostHog—a technique used to evade ad blockers by disguising the destination.
The same vendor and the same configuration appear on every other site the studio has built: Real Food, the federal food policy site; Trump Accounts, the children’s savings program; and ndstudio.gov, the studio’s own homepage. On ndstudio.gov, alongside PostHog, runs a second piece of tracking software: 540 lines of custom JavaScript, embedded directly in the code under the name AutoMonitor.
It appears to intercept and copy every request the page makes to any outside server, forwarding it to a private backend with no public presence.
Federal law, written after Watergate, requires specific disclosures when the government collects information about citizens: privacy notices, Federal Register filings, published contracts with outside vendors.
Across twelve National Design Studio programs, none of those documents exist. Not one. Every missing document is, on its own, a violation of federal law.
The Hidden Infrastructure
Every website with a secure connection has a certificate, and every certificate issued anywhere in the world must be logged in a public ledger the moment it is created. That requirement, meant to prevent fraud, has a side effect: every new website leaves a digital footprint.
As The Drey Dossier pointed out, a free search engine called crt.sh indexes those logs. A search on the studio’s domain returns not only the public sites but close to 100 more—unannounced, with no public links pointing to them. Among them: sites that appear to belong to the State Department, NASA, and the Department of Homeland Security.
Others that stand out: a working preview of passports.gov and vote.gov. Sites that can be used to harvest voter information (PII) for collection in one database.
These replicated domains trace back to the Executive Office of the President.
And all of it runs through a single private Cloudflare account, which in and of itself is problematic. As the Department of Justice (DOJ) revealed that DOGE team members used this unapproved third-party server, Cloudflare, to share data, which circumvented SSA security protocols.
And whistleblowers have alleged that DOGE affiliates improperly copied the private data of over 300 million Americans into the private cloud server, with claims that some retained highly sensitive access to SSA systems.
The login screen for the gated preview sites reads: loveisaskill.cloudflareaccess.com—a phrase that The Drey Dossier noted Joe Gebbia has used publicly to describe Airbnb’s design philosophy.
Federal infrastructure is supposed to be owned by the agency, not the person running it.
Speaking of the People Running It
In 2025, a federal judge ordered all DOGE personnel blocked from accessing Office of Personnel Management records. Three people were granted exceptions. Greg Hogan, Akash Bobba are two of them.
The administration argued that Hogan was essential to ongoing system work; the judge agreed.
He has since moved from DOGE to the National Design Studio, where he now runs Login.gov—the federal government’s primary sign-in system. It scans biometrics. More than 150 million Americans have accounts. If you have ever applied for a federal job, requested Social Security records online, or filed for federal benefits, you have used it.
It’s probably fine. Nothing to see here, right, guys? Just the DOGE-led voter-data dumpster fire our legislators and state attorneys general continue to ignore.
A second DOGE alumnus, Akash Bobba, now serves as the official security contact for the US African Development Foundation, a small independent agency the administration attempted to dissolve by executive order earlier this year.
The dissolution was blocked in court, but most of the agency’s staff was cleared out.
Bobba now controls its website, email, and security configuration—meaning a White House staffer has full visibility into who applies for grants, who gets approved, and who inside that agency is communicating with whom.
Another tie to elections: in October 2025, Bobba joined a recorded call with state election directors to present a federal voter registration system the studio was building. Voters would register through a federal portal, verify their identity through Hogan’s Login.gov, confirm citizenship through DHS’s SAVE database, and have their registrations transmitted to the states.
When a state election director asked what data the federal government would retain, Bobba answered: “I don’t know what they retain and what they are logging.”
Much like Musk’s America PAC, they are building a voter-information harvesting platform that, under Executive Order 14338, is scheduled to deliver its initial results on July 4, 2026.
To Donald Trump.
Because, again, the subdomains trace back to the Executive Office of the President.
Vote.gov and the Passport Site
We have covered the EAC ad nauseam. After the 2000 election, Congress placed key election-administration functions within the independent, bipartisan Election Assistance Commission rather than under the direct control of the White House.
The logic is obvious: the president is an elected official and should not have access to voter data. Period.
As we’ve previously reported, the EAC itself is highly problematic. With ties to the Heritage Foundation and the testing lab Pro V&V, it has faced scrutiny over documents forged to make it appear that Pro V&V’s accreditation had not lapsed. Vote.gov is currently registered to that commission.
That proverbial wall between the Office of the President and voter data is still standing, despite being filled with Heritage Foundation-sized holes.
And as The Drey Dossier also discovered, the certificate logs reveal something else: beneath the studio’s unannounced sites is a working preview of Vote.gov, built inside the studio’s staging environment and hosted behind the same unauthorized Cloudflare login. The certificate is dated April 10, 2026.
It’s worth noting that weeks before that date, Trump signed Executive Order 14399 requiring DHS, the Social Security Administration, and the problematic SAVE program to build a federally verified voter list within ninety days.
When the order was challenged in court, the Department of Justice told the judge that the named agencies had not yet begun preparations and were still in the deliberative phase.
The certificate is dated April 10. Yet the DOJ told a federal court the infrastructure did not yet exist.
Both of those things cannot be true at the same time.
Then there is Passports.gov.
Typing the address into a browser returns a sign-in page: enter your email, and a six-digit code will be sent to you. No State Department seal. No agency name. No privacy notice.
The owner of the domain is listed as the Executive Office of the President, White House Office. The State Department does not own it. The security contact field is blank. The first certificate was issued on May 5, 2026—just three weeks ago.
Based on what is visible on the staging platform, the next step appears to ask Americans to upload their passport photo through a White House-controlled website, hosted on the same unauthorized Cloudflare account and processed by the same staff.
A passport photo is biometric-quality data. It is linked to an individual’s identity through Greg Hogan’s Login.gov and collected through infrastructure owned by the White House, with no privacy notice on file.
What Is Being Built
Another voter-information harvesting platform designed to create a national version of Elon Musk’s fake county vote banks.
The groundwork is already being laid. They are rebuilding that same system ahead of the midterms, only on a larger scale, because they want the two-thirds majority necessary to change the Constitution.
They are forcing states to turn over voter rolls.
They are raiding counties that do not comply because they need more Democratic voter data—see Fulton County, Georgia, and over 600,000 ballots seized in Riverside County, California.
And according to new reporting from Wired, the Department of Justice also seized ballots in March, obtaining ballot images from the 2020 election in Maricopa County, Arizona, and—citing claims of fraud in 2020—demanding ballots from the 2024 election in Wayne County, Michigan.
Yes, we’re aware that states play a role in amending the Constitution, but they need only nine more states to meet the requirement. Colorado’s Governor Polis just gave in to Trump’s pressure campaign to commute the sentence of Tina Peters, the woman who gave full access to voting equipment to Trump’s operatives in 2020.
Are we really still banking on “the institution” to save us?
The replicated Vote.gov site is the new database they’re building to harvest voter information for future election manipulation.
And who is overseeing it? The same individual on board with Elon Musk when he built the first one: Joe Gebbia.
And how are they doing it? By combining personally identifiable information (PII) from multiple .gov websites to fill in the gaps they have been unable to close through voter-roll downloads and unlawful ballot seizures.
Vote.gov belongs to the Election Assistance Commission. The studio built a copy.
Passports belong to the State Department. The studio is building a replacement.
Login.gov belonged to the General Services Administration. The studio’s personnel now run it.
And all of it transfers to Donald Trump on July 4, 2026.
Hot take: Similar to his “1776” slush fund for criminal insurrectionists, Trump—like most malignant narcissists—thinks he’s clever.
Section 3161 keeps staff off salary reports and outside financial-disclosure requirements. The Executive Office of the President has no inspector general. There are no privacy filings and no published vendor contracts across any of the twelve programs. Forty federal websites run through a single private Cloudflare account.
The Presidential Records Act seals everything for twelve years after this administration ends—meaning that until 2040, no one outside the White House can review who worked there, what was collected, or where the data went.
What this office is doing, systematically, is removing the parts of the federal government that touch citizens most directly—voter data, PII, passports, and federal identity services—from the agencies that legally own them and rebuilding those functions on White House infrastructure.
Again, to transfer to Donald Trump.
Trump has said publicly that this infrastructure is meant to serve future administrations, and that may be true. Especially considering rigged elections and his plan to run again in 2028.
Trump will maintain control of the websites, the voter database they’re building, the vendors, the data architecture, and the collected records—and he will transfer it to the nominee they decide will win the 2032 election.
The question is not whether the infrastructure will outlast this illegitimate regime.
The question is whether the illegitimate regime will ever end.
You tell us. Trump’s approval ratings are near historic lows, comparable to Richard Nixon’s. Yet as of late May, Trump endorsed candidates have won all completed congressional and gubernatorial primaries, a record that media outlets are describing as 118-for-118.
Some were supposed blowout races against incumbents who were both popular and, like John Cornyn, major GOP fundraisers.
“…In four years, you don't have to vote again. We'll have it fixed so good, you're not gonna have to vote." — Donald Trump, July 26, 2024.
It appears they’re two years ahead of schedule.
Let’s talk about Cornyn’s race against Ken Paxton, the “Temu Mad-eye Moody” in Texas. This is the same individual who was indicted more than a decade ago on securities fraud charges and openly bragged he would stall the case until the witnesses were dead.
And he did.
Prosecutors considered Hochberg a key witness because he was one of the two primary individuals identified as victims in the 2015 criminal indictments accusing Paxton of securities fraud and failing to register as an investment adviser.
In March 2024, Paxton reached a deal with prosecutors to dismiss the felony charges and avoid trial. These were the same prosecutors whose paychecks were halted in what critics described as an egregious abuse of power over the courts while serving as Texas attorney general.
Ken Paxton belongs in prison.
Now his wife, State Senator Angela Paxton, has filed for divorce, citing “Biblical reasons,” after years of his infidelity with a colleague.
And just before the runoff, it was revealed that Paxton cut a deal allowing a Waco-area lawyer convicted of sexually abusing a male child to leave prison after serving just one day.
One. Day.
The March 3 primary itself was close: Cornyn led Paxton 42.5% to 40.8%, forcing a runoff. And then Paxton supposedly beat John Cornyn—the GOP’s Boy Scout and top fundraiser—by nearly 28 points?
As President Biden would say: “C’mon, man.”
Trump is now touting a perfect 118-0 record in completed Republican House, Senate, and gubernatorial primaries this cycle—a level of influence that is virtually unprecedented in modern American politics.
Have Democrats asked a single question about this supposed feat? Of course not.
Know what else is unprecedented?
Winning every swing state just above the threshold for an automatic recount, with 88 counties flipping red and none flipping blue, all while receiving less than 50 percent of the vote.
Insert the obligatory “history doesn’t repeat itself, but it often rhymes” commentary here. Which brings us to an uncomfortable conclusion:
This illegitimate regime is not going anywhere.
Unless we constitutionally remove them.
Our team has been sounding the alarm for months, but no one in Congress wants to discuss the stolen election(s), or the real reason for the ballot raids—which is why it’s now up to state attorneys general to investigate.
What We Can Do About It
Folks, we need to spread the word: we are not getting out of this fascist hellscape until investigations begin and the people inside DOGE and the National Design Studio are forced to choose between Trump, Thiel, Elon, and a prison sentence.
The mechanism for change is not complicated.
Lather. Rinse. Repeat. Until we get traction.
I have personally been in legislators’ offices when the phones are blowing up because constituents are angry.
It’s annoying. They have to log every call.
It’s also effective.
Secretaries of state and state attorneys general need to open investigations into the 2024 election, including the roles and activities of Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, Eaton Corporation, DOGE, ES&S, Dominion, Pro V&V, the DDHQ reporting platform, and Amazon Web Services.
They should also examine communications between Elon Musk, Rupert Murdoch, and the billionaire Zoom calls that began in April 2024.
