She Won: Michigan Used a Fake County Vote Bank In the 2024 Election
Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is running for governor on an “election integrity” platform—perhaps if enough readers call her office, she’ll finally respond?
If this headline feels familiar, it’s because we’ve previously proven that a fake county vote bank “Burke County” was used in Florida—and now we’ve been able to replicate their formula in other states.
Note: In case you’re new here, Elon Musk launched his voter information harvesting PAC in June 2025 to Some have asked why we are still writing about the 2024 election. Because the stakes are even higher now, and if state attorneys general do not open investigations—into Trump, Musk, the “DOGE boys,” Thiel, ES&S, Dominion, Pro V&V, SLI, and Decision Desk HQ (DDHQ)—before the midterms, we will wake up right back where we were on November 6, 2024.
Michigan numbers to remember:
Active voters registered in the 2024 election: 7,310,017
Absentee ballots requested: 2,433,231
Absentee ballots sent: 2,330,398
Absentee ballots returned: 2,232,721
Early in-person ballots cast: 1,214,391
Election day votes: 2,244,123
Permanent vote-by-mail voters: 1,887,204
Our thesis: In 2020, Trump was so enraged by his loss to President Biden that, in 2024, they identified a number known in advance and used it as a fixed variable to manipulate the “win” from there.
In Florida, that known variable was 6,371,645—the combined total of early and mail-in ballots for both parties. That’s the number they used to fill the fake county vote bank.
And they did the same in Michigan.
The Manipulated Mitten
Oklahoma County, MI does not exist.
Not in real life anyway—but it existed as a vote bank.
At 10:00 p.m., this “county” reporting more than 900,000 votes appeared on the Breaking Points election night broadcast, based on data from the Decision Desk HQ (DDHQ) feed.
According to Michigan’s voting dashboard, the state offers a permanent vote-by-mail option. Voters can join the permanent absentee ballot list by checking a box on their application, ensuring they automatically receive a ballot for every election.
There were 1,887,204 permanent vote-by-mail voters in the November 5, 2024 election—creating a known, fixed variable ahead of Election Day.
The figure 1,887,204 is central to this analysis.
“Oklahoma County” reports 897,276 votes from the candidates shown on the screen.
These candidates account for 99.3% of the total votes counted at that time.
The additional candidates not pictured account for 6,325 votes, bringing the total to 903,601.
This report—at 10:00 p.m. ET—matches the broadcast’s reported totals for the entire state of Michigan. Adding 903,601 and 4,472,865 yields 5,376,466 total presidential votes tracked by the DDHQ feed at that moment on election night.
In other words, the “Oklahoma County” vote bank and the statewide Michigan total are tracking identically.
Remember, 1,887,204 is the number we’re tracking.
At 11:21 p.m., Breaking Points (DDHQ) provided an update showing all on-screen candidates totaling 1,877,040 votes, which sums to 99.4%. The remaining 0.6% of the counted vote (representing other third-party candidates) is not shown on screen in this update.
This leaves 0.5385745261244 of the counted vote that is not shown on the screen at 11:21 PM.
0.5385745261244 = 10,164
1,877,040 + 10,164 = 1,887,204
The 11:21 p.m. total matches exactly the number of permanent vote-by-mail voters.
Two critical values in the 2024 Michigan general election that should be completely independent of one another align exactly.
This evidence indicates that these voters were used to build a vote bank in Michigan that changed “real” votes after tabulation in the 2024 Michigan General Election, affecting the outcome of the presidential race.
Consistent with the Florida analysis, the alignment of independent critical values suggests that voters’ actual ballots were not used.
And considering the numbers previously discussed, our analysis indicates that the votes attributed to “Oklahoma County” were artificially generated within a fake county vote bank corresponding to these 1,887,204 voters—and used to alter the outcome of the election.
But wait, there’s more.
Over a Million Votes Were Removed in Michigan
Watching Kamala Harris’s vote totals decline by millions across swing states on election night is what prompted our team to begin a year-long investigation into why reported totals were moving backward. That is, until we uncovered the five fake “ghost” counties containing millions of votes.
Setting all data and Election Night reporting aside, please keep these points in mind:
Election totals should not move backward; vote tabulation is an additive process.
County, state, and national certified totals should match.
As previously reported, we weren’t alone in noticing irregularities. In Pennsylvania, state Rep. Frank Burns (D) watched his own totals move backward as well. He ultimately won, but began asking questions—and so did we.
Presidential candidates’ totals moving backward: The chart above (presented in two parts) compares Michigan presidential election night returns across three different reporting feeds: AP, Edison Research, and Decision Desk HQ (DDHQ).
At 9:04 p.m., Harris loses 25,983 votes in the DDHQ feed and Trump gained 3,808, for a net vote loss of 22,175.
At 10:02 p.m., Harris loses 3,796 votes, and Trump loses 6,605 votes in the DDHQ feed, for a combined vote loss of 10,401.
At 10:20 p.m., Trump loses 69,956 votes in the DDHQ feed and VP Harris gains 27,322 for a net loss of 42,634 votes.
A total of 75,210 votes are lost in the DDHQ feed before 11:30 p.m. ET. None are lost in the Edison or AP feeds.
At 11:32 p.m. ET, in the Edison feed, Harris loses 44,862 votes.
At 11:43 p.m. ET, Harris gains 1,034,856 votes in the DDHQ feed only. These votes are never reflected in the Edison or AP feeds.
At 11:48 p.m. ET, Harris loses 989,389 votes in the DDHQ feed, resulting in a net gain of 45,467 votes in that feed.
A Tale of Two Michigans: Based on the data flow documented in election night reporting, it appears that multiple data feeds inexplicably gain and lose thousands of votes. However, what we are actually witnessing are two distinct data sets, each holding its own version of “election results.”
At 11:29 PM, CNN (Edison feed) reports:
Vice President Harris is winning with a margin of 12,666.
At 11:32 PM, CNN (Edison feed) reports a loss of 989,994 votes for Harris and a gain for Trump:
Again, voting is an additive process. A candidate should not lose votes in progressive election night reporting, especially when the reports come from the same mainstream news outlet, CNN. This loss is therefore an important indicator of a data sequence that appears to “replace” counted votes with an alternate data set—or vote bank—within the system of record.
In the DDHQ data feed, as viewed on both NewsNation and WXYZ Detroit:
At 11:43 PM, Harris’ total increases by 1,034,856 votes and then falls at 11:48 PM by 989,389 votes.
This evidence indicates that the “Oklahoma County” vote bank—which was stored in and reflected by the DDHQ data feed—was pushed into the system of record around 11:30 p.m. ET, likely “withdrawing” and replacing between 1,024,050 and 1,034,856 Harris votes in the process.
Between 11:43 and 11:46 p.m., the DDHQ data feed briefly reflects two distinct data sets combined into a single, inflated total for VP Harris. Once the artificial “vote bank” votes were effectively “deposited” into the system of record, they were no longer needed and were subsequently removed. After 11:46 p.m., these votes no longer appear in the DDHQ feed.
In effect, at least 1,024,050 Harris votes were “withdrawn” from the system of record and “replaced” with 989,994 votes from a pre-established Michigan vote bank (“Oklahoma County”). Following this “deposit,” updates in the Edison feed show Harris with 1,006,331 votes at 11:37 p.m. and 1,010,568 votes at 11:39 p.m. These values reinforce that the vote deflation observed at 11:32 p.m. was not a transient reporting error, but a discrete adjustment not subsequently reconciled to prior totals.
This method of election interference isn’t original by any stretch. We previously wrote about the 2004 election and the GOP’s use of a “mirror site” for Ohio votes in this article:

Mayhem in Michigan: The Election Night Tally
As noted, Harris’ winning margin before the vote bank deposit was 12,666. Adding this to the margin at 11:39 p.m.—after the deposit—when Trump leads by 85,300 yields a total “margin swing” of 97,966 votes in Trump’s favor.
The “data set swap” affected both the vote total and the contest outcome by effectively allocating 97,966 votes to Trump and 0 to Harris.
Trump’s vote total increased by exactly 97,966 votes between 11:29 p.m. (before the “replacement”) and 11:39 p.m. (after the “replacement”).
Given that the final certified totals for Michigan report Trump’s winning margin over Harris as 80,103 votes, these values indicate that, absent post-tabulation data manipulation, Vice President Harris would have won the presidential race in Michigan by at least 17,863 votes.
Furthermore, in an organic, un-manipulated election, the margin between two candidates and a candidate’s vote growth should not be correlated—much less identical.
However, fingerprints of the vote bank’s activity appear throughout election night reporting. If the margin between two candidates later becomes the vote change for one candidate, this indicates that votes were shifted from one candidate to the other.
At 11:29 p.m. ET, just before the vote bank deposit was made into the system of record, Harris led Trump by a margin of 12,666 votes.
In the 12:01 update, Trump gains 12,666 votes—indicating that votes previously attributed to Harris were reassigned to Trump.
But wait, there’s still more.
Day After Disappearances
The table above reflects the official results of the presidential race in the 2024 Michigan general election. This report demonstrates that data was changed after tabulation, concludes that Vice President Harris won the race, and establishes that the certified results are mathematically impossible.
Final certified total discrepancies: At 10:09 a.m. ET on November 6, 2024, The Washington Post populated by the AP reporting feed indicated that Trump and Harris collectively had 5,584,036 votes.
This total continued to rise through progressive updates until 1:19 p.m. ET, when The Washington Post reported 5,622,543 votes for Trump and Harris combined.
Michigan’s final certified totals for Trump and Harris combined are 5,553,169—69,374 fewer than the total reported by The Washington Post (and the AP data feed) that afternoon.
Further, over 250,000 votes then disappear.
At 1:47 p.m. ET on November 6, as reported by The Washington Post, 257,346 votes were removed from the presidential race, with the “percent reporting” falling from 99% to 95%.
257,346 votes gone. Poof.
More than 17 hours after the polls closed in Michigan—and less than an hour after the race was “called” by the AP—a quarter of a million votes were removed from the Michigan data. As The Washington Post attempts to explain it, “Negative updates may reflect revisions as tallies are updated.”
257,346 votes were removed from the tally, and no one thought this was worth looking into?
It certainly seems that the Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson—who is currently running for governor on an “election integrity” platform—would notice 257,346 votes disappearing the day after the election.
Are the calls coming from inside the house?
The Washington Post’s continued reporting shows the combined Trump–Harris vote total continuing to grow after the 257,346-vote deficit.
By its final report on November 8 at 2:23 p.m. ET, Trump and Harris had accumulated 5,637,785 votes combined—84,616 more than the final certified totals.
The trajectory of this data leads to the following conclusion:
257,346 votes were removed on November 6.
84,616 votes were removed on or after November 8.
At least 341,962 votes were removed from the presidential race in Michigan.
Right now, you’re probably wondering whether anything about our democracy is even real. Trust that we also feel this sentiment.
Elon Musk has been identified as having interfered in Georgia’s 2024 election—and is he facing criminal charges? No. He received a strongly worded letter.
The DOJ has forced states to turn over their voter rolls—and in states that refused, ballots were seized: in Fulton County, GA, by Trump’s corrupt DOJ, and in Riverside County, CA, where more than 650,000 ballots were seized by a MAGA sheriff running for governor.
Because they’re building new vote banks for the midterms.
We can report that there has been progress. Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi is finally acknowledging that elections can be electronically manipulated, and Governor JB Pritzker has expressed concern as well.
But we need action now—before the midterms.
We’ve written an open letter to the media outlining how long stolen elections have been part of our political landscape—and our theory as to why Democrats have refused to address it:
Stolen Elections: An Open Letter to MeidasTouch and the Media
Opinion: the attached I’ve Had It podcast with THE LEFT HOOK with Wajahat Ali is a must-watch for all democracy-aligned audiences.
The midterms have to be too big to rig, like 2008, 2012, and 2020—so big that any manipulation is impossible to hide.
We need to pull a Hungary. 🇭🇺
And yet, the manipulation in 2024 was obvious. The data across the swing states isn’t just questionable—it’s beyond illogical. Over 200 fake Russian bomb threats. Breaks in ballot chain-of-custody. Widespread equipment “glitches” in Democratic counties. And they told us, on multiple occasions, both that they planned to rig it and that they did.
“Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Dems would control the House and the Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate.” – Elon Musk on X, June 5, 2025
We’ve caught them and documented it.
And still—nothing.

I have forwarded your granular summations far and wide (including to Harris) -- why did the Democrats not challenge the swing states's vote tallies (at the every least)? Why did she concede so readily -- didn't want to look like Trump re 2020?

If you are not following the revelations of how Trump’s Silicon Valley I.T. CEO’s/Gurus helped Elon Musk use multiple ways to manipulate the election then you have yet to realize Trump did exactly what he accused Biden of doing. He stole the election that Kamala won. The only thing that is holding back the truth is the time it takes to process the truth in courts, and possibly the money needed to pay lawyers. More volunteers could be the sociopolitical push that is required to bring the truth to the voters before the primaries and next election.
