How Did 435.98% of Voters Cast Ballots in Precinct 760, Northampton County, Pennsylvania?

Paging Governor Shapiro: Why Is Secretary of the Commonwealth Al Schmidt Fighting a Third-Party Hand-Count Audit? Is Democracy Optional in Pennsylvania?

Over the past year, we’ve documented corruption at every layer of the U.S. electoral system—from back-door “de minimis” updates to voting equipment¹ and fake “ghost counties,” to more than 1.5 million votes for Kamala Harris disappearing in real time on Election Night.² We found it, we documented it, and we sounded the alarm—whether anyone wanted to hear it or not.

Now, a growing number of independent journalists are arriving at the same conclusion, following the evidence to the same unavoidable place.

Yet even as more than 41% of Democrats believe the election was stolen, Hakeem Jeffries maintains that there are “no election deniers” on this side of the aisle.⁴ And now, Ken Martin has announced that the Democratic National Committee will not release its internal analysis of the 2024 presidential election.⁵

What Are They Hiding

The Democratic National Committee’s internal analysis included more than 300 interviews across all 50 states—and it remains sealed. That silence may explain why voters are not being told about the Pennsylvania ballot-access lawsuit, where votes cast exceeded registered voters in some counties by as much as 1,265.52%.⁶ Such statistical impossibilities demand an explanation.

Or consider the five “ghost counties” displayed by Decision Desk HQ in Florida and other swing states—counties that collectively accounted for millions of votes that do not exist.²

Of course we can’t leave out Minnesota, where machine counts exceeded hand counts by 6–8%—a discrepancy that should have set off alarms nationwide.⁷ Nor can we ignore North Carolina, where a statistically absurd drop-off rate coincided with the reality that roughly 90% of voting equipment has remained untested and uncertified since 2020.⁸

And then there’s Michigan—where perhaps they don’t want Americans to see that 989,289 votes for Kamala Harris disappeared in real time on Election Night.²

Or that, according to Dana Nessel’s 2022 request for a special prosecutor,⁹ five vote tabulators were removed on November 28, 2020, by Donald Trump’s allies, taken to hotels or Airbnbs in Oakland County, and broken into so that “tests” could be performed on the equipment.¹⁰

This plot took shape at the South Carolina ranch of Trump election-denial advocate Lin Wood during Thanksgiving week in November 2020 and involved Trump allies Sidney Powell, Michael Flynn, and Patrick Byrne, among others.¹¹ A plot that ultimately led to the illegal breaching of voting equipment in five swing states.¹²

The Colorado case culminated in the seven-count conviction of Tina Peters for granting illegal access to voting equipment; in sentencing, the judge called her “a charlatan who used your prior position in office to peddle snake oil.” She was sentenced to nine years in prison.¹³

Rotten Peaches In Georgia

Most experts agree the Georgia case was the most damning and offered the strongest path to Trump’s accountability. Executing on the Thanksgiving-week plot, a team hired by Sidney Powell entered the Coffee County election office on January 7, 2021, one day after the insurrection attempt, and copied Dominion Voting Systems election software, including ballot files and security keys.¹⁵

Court exhibits show an email that morning from Paul Maggio of SullivanStrickler stating, “We are on our way to Coffee County, Georgia to collect what we can from the election and voting machines and systems,” followed by confirmation that “everything went smoothly yesterday.”¹⁵

Despite the severity of the breach, the Georgia case was stalled by a compromised judiciary and ultimately dismissed.¹⁴

The Institution Over We the People

So, is this “what democracy looks like?”

Five years of election denialism by Donald Trump poisoned the well so thoroughly that any challenge—no matter how evidence-based—became politically radioactive. Statistical impossibilities. More than 200 fake Russian bomb threats.¹⁶ Counties reporting zero votes for Harris.¹⁷ Millions of Americans questioning the outcome. Faced with all of it, the Democratic Party chose to protect the institution rather than the people.

“Election integrity” became synonymous with “election denial.” Asking questions was treated as destabilizing democracy itself. In that calculus, silence became the least harmful option.

But that calculus is wrong.

Public trust didn’t collapse overnight. For some, the fracture began in 2000, when a corrupt Florida secretary of state—also George W. Bush’s campaign co-chair—helped swing the election. It deepened with later revelations about six million missing votes,¹⁸ and evidence that former presidents colluded with foreign powers while Americans were told to “trust the system.”¹⁹ ²⁰

For others, the breaking point was 2016—when 59% of Detroit precincts experienced machine malfunctions, from jammed scanners to unreadable ballots to failed tabulation. And then watching as Hillary Rodham Clinton, a woman not known for backing down, walk away from 75,000 votes in Michigan to avoid destabilizing the institution.²¹

Their Motives

Why steal the election? To start, the Epstein files have moved front and center as a catalyst for election thuggery. Just as the election whistleblowers told us in August, the powerful men in Epstein’s orbit have everything to lose.²² A Harris presidency—and a functioning Department of Justice—would not turn a blind eye to a global sex-trafficking operation, no matter who it implicated.

Then there were the multiple pending investigations involving both Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Possible treason charges tied to collusion with Russia?²³ Eighty-eight felony charges for Trump?²⁴ Looming prison sentences? Knowing the Democratic Party was unlikely to challenge the outcome? All of the above?

Donald Trump publicly thanked Elon Musk for his knowledge of “those vote-counting computers” in Pennsylvania²⁵—and state attorneys general didn’t bat an eye:

“He journeyed to Pennsylvania where he spent like a month and a half campaigning for me in Pennsylvania, and he’s a popular guy, and he was very effective. And he knows those computers better than anybody, all those computers, those vote counting computers. And we ended up winning Pennsylvania like, in a landslide, so it was pretty good, it was pretty good. So, thank you to Elon.”

In July 2024, Elon Musk formed the America First PAC, which harvested voter data exclusively in swing states.²⁶—data that would later prove useful if one were building vote banks in ghost counties for deployment on Election Night.²

He then launched a $1 million-per-day giveaway to reward voters for registering and voting,²⁷ established a headquarters, and built a full GOTV operation in Pennsylvania²⁸—the same state where a lawsuit has been filed over extensive election-related issues⁶ and where Dr. Walter Mebane, Jr. has identified at least 111,088 intentional, malevolent ballot manipulations.²⁹

What do Americans think Elon Musk meant when The New York Times reported the following?³⁰ On October 5—just days before the Direct To Cell (DTC) activation—Musk texted a confidant:

“I’m feeling more optimistic after tonight.
Tomorrow we unleash the anomaly in the matrix.”

Then, an hour later:

“This isn’t something on the chessboard, so they’ll be quite surprised. ‘Lasers’ from space.”

To expound on Armitage’s position, in 2020 Trump and his allies tried overturning the election through every available mechanism: more than 60 lawsuits, illegal alternate electors, the illegal breach and seizure of voting equipment, the copying of proprietary election software, and the physical disruption of certification via the January 6, 2021 insurrection.³¹

All of Trump’s attempts to overturn the 2020 election failed.

Which set the stage for what was to come just four short years later.

The Perfect Storm of 2024

One hundred and seven days.

From President Joe Biden’s withdrawal, to backstabbing within the DNC, to the coast-to-coast electricity of the Harris campaign, those 107 days felt cinematic.

But we were there—and it was real.

We heard the marching bands in college towns leading students to the polls. We saw the massive rallies and stood in hours-long lines to vote. It didn’t matter that the GOP had eliminated more polling locations or that it was inconvenient.

This election was not about convenience. It was the prosecutor versus the felon—the difference between right and wrong.

We danced in line. We made friends.

We knew she had it.

Then came Election Night: Democrats won down-ballot, Democratic initiatives passed—and yet Kamala Harris supposedly didn’t. Almost immediately, reports surfaced: more than 200 fake Russian bomb threats,¹⁷ chain-of-custody breaches,⁶ voting-equipment failures in swing states,⁶ polling locations using Starlink,³² and thousands of voters online asking why their ballots couldn’t be tracked.

This was not unforeseeable.

Due to the 2020–2021 illegal election-equipment breaches, on December 4, 2023, twenty-two computer scientists, election-security experts, and voter-advocacy organizations sent a Duty to Warn letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, Special Counsel Jack Smith, and CISA Director Jen Easterly.

Their warning was blunt: “The multistate effort to unlawfully obtain copies of voting system software poses serious threats to election security and national security and constitutes a potential criminal conspiracy of enormous consequences.”³³

The letter named those involved and documented confirmed illegal breaches involving Dominion Voting Systems and Election Systems & Software, which together tabulate more than 70% of U.S. votes.

The experts warned that stolen election software could be used to study vulnerabilities, develop malware, and fuel coordinated disinformation campaigns. The letter closed with a stark conclusion: “Urgent implications for the 2024 election and beyond.” The FBI, DOJ, and Smith’s office declined to comment. CISA did not respond. No federal investigation has been publicly announced.

Then, on November 13, 2024, those same election security experts sent another Duty to Warn letter—this time to Vice President Kamala Harris—alerting her that voting systems had been breached by Trump allies in 2020 and 2021 and urging her to seek recounts in key states to ensure election verification.³⁴

And the Democratic Party continues to remain silent.

Now, a year after the 2024 election, Vice President Kamala Harris has put into words what so many Americans feel:

“Both parties have failed to hold the public’s trust… The people feel that the very institutions designed to support them have failed them. They are not wrong.”³⁵

She’s right. The Democratic Party is hemorrhaging public trust as its leadership attempts to gaslight voters into believing that Elon Musk played no role in manipulating the 2024 election to keep himself—and Donald Trump—out of prison.

We now know the depth of Trump’s ties to Russia. We know the Department of Justice was aware of those ties long before 2016. And we know Trump should never have been permitted to run the first time—but when the system itself is compromised, accountability collapses.³⁶

At the same time, we’re learning that party leadership has shielded elites named in the Epstein files³⁷ to prevent exposure of a decades-long sex-trafficking operation implicating powerful donors across party lines.³⁸

The elite are protecting the elite, and the American people are experiencing an awakening.

What To Do About a Stolen Election

The Constitution doesn’t give us a “redo the election” button—but it does give us the mechanisms to remove a falsely seated administration and install the rightfully elected president. These tools exist for moments exactly like this.

This “Good Trouble Blueprint” begins with mass pressure in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. These Democratic-led swing states must immediately authorize independent, third-party hand-count audits of the 2024 ballots before the September 2026 deadline. Blue states must also act now to abandon electronic voting systems and transition to paper ballots and hand-counted elections—while they still retain that authority under states’ rights.

• Impeach Donald Trump under Article II, Section 4. If full congressional support is lacking, disqualify him under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. It takes only one member of Congress to recognize the disqualification.

• If states are stalling investigations or audits, file bond claims against state legislators and attorneys general who refuse to protect the electorate. This compels state-level investigations into the irregularities, Musk/DOGE, and forensic audits in MI, WI, MN, PA, and beyond.

• Invoke Section 3 of the 14th Amendment against all participants and legislators involved in both the January 6 insurrection and/or the 2024 stolen election. A stolen election is a rebellion against the Constitution.

From here: Democrats sweep the 2026 midterms and special elections, and a new Congress enforces the Constitution—refusing to seat disqualified officials under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment and removing those who refuse to resign under Article II, Section 4. Congress then passes a 2024 Election Correction Act, voids the fraudulent certification, accepts corrected electors from audited states, and swears in Kamala Harris as the legitimately elected president.

Will this be easy? No. Has it been done before? Also no. Do we owe it to future generations to try? Unequivocally yes.

We are asking our leaders—and everyone with a platform—to acknowledge the stolen election and “Do something.” We have constitutional avenues to remove this entire illegitimate administration. It’s time to use them.

And hold on to your hope. This is not left vs. right—it’s bottom vs. top. Again, we don’t need permission to enforce the Constitution. We just need courage.
