I sent a copy of your form email letter to Michigan, Pennsylvania, and my state, North Carolina. I’m not sure how paper cuts work online. But I offered three potential options.

I have two questions. One, are you suggesting that someone from any state can write to these officials in Pennsylvania and Michigan? Two, what does this actually do? It doesn’t mention election irregularities. So how will it put pressure on these officials?

Good trouble indeed. Maybe one day this will break through to the mainstream media, but it’ll be an uphill climb to get it past the oligarch owners.

It should be called the One Big Ugly Bill, as NYS Governor Kathy Hochul, former NYC Comptroller Brad Lander and many others accurately call it. Anyway, Al Schmidt is a Jim Crow Republican rat whose political worldview is identical to the late neo-fascist segregationist former Senator Jesse Alexander Helms, Jr. In other words, a complete traitor to America and to the American people.

Do you have any evidence that these bomb threats came from Russia? Or is the smoking gun a Russian email domain that anybody can create and the unsubstantiated claim of a Republican evangelical in Georgia?

Do you know who interferes with foreign governments the best? Look into “The Jakarta Method”. Israel’s quite good at it, too.

Before we can use the template, we need clearer directions. The placeholder “[TITLE/OFFICE]” doesn’t specify which official or office to list, and the instructions don’t identify to whom the request should be addressed or the correct email address to use for each

If we want broad participation, the steps need to be simple and complete. Providing the exact office, recipient, and email for each request will make it much easier for everyone to take action.

One more point for clarity: Can participants in California submit these requests to officials in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Florida, or do those states require in‑state residents?

Thank you for all your work.

I live in PA in Philly suburbs. I was thinking I should CC my State Representative (Ben Sanchez), my State Senator (Art Haywood), and the Governor (Josh Shapiro). Does anyone see a downside to doing that?

Email away!

Possibly a stupid question: do you have to live in any of those States to participate?

Not according to the statutes. We’re filing our letters in the swing states and Florida. Why? Millions of paper cuts. It’s time to make a fuss.

Or as Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) would say, “Good trouble.”

Thanks for this! I was going to ask since I'm Pennsylvania's neighbor, can I email about Schmidt? You just answered my question in addition to emailing about Benson.

So thank you.

Note to Editors: Kait Justice has on her Substack home page forms to guide and document investigations. If someone wants to dig deeper into a corrupt official or entity, these forms are available to anyone.

Thank you!

Clearly written by a MAGA but still helpful.

There is a list of federal laws there that might be relevant. One seems like it could be applied to the gerrymandering:

"18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same."

Do you have to be a resident of PA or MI to file a request for bond info?
